Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) All the best!

Hi. Hair goes gray when color-producing cells stop producing pigment, melanin. Reasons:- 1. Grey hair is usually associated with ageing, but this is not always the case. 2. Early greying of the hair is basically hereditary, and we can inherit it from one of our parents or grandparents. 3. Malnutrition, worry, shock, deep sorrow, tension and other similar conditions may also slow down the production of melanin resulting in grey hair. Medication:- 1. Massage your hairs with brihat bringaraja taila everyday atleast for 15 mins. 2. Apply hair mask amla powder along with bhringaraja powder mixing with buttermilk weekly twice. 3. Nourishment and proper grooming is very important to keep the hair texture, growth, shin and luster in a good condition. Therefore use a shampoo & conditioner that suits your hair type. Choose products that are gentle, preferably without any harsh detergent like sodium lauryl sulfate. For daily washes, use a shampoo that is mild, gentle & moisturizing.

Dear friend, Please try to recollect whether she had this type of intermittent headache before. This is because what people commonly call sinusitis might be part of another type of headache called vascular headache (including migraine, TTH, TAC etc ). It is wise to attend a doctor who can get a proper history, examine her and give a proper management.

Is Dry Member Skin Normal? How to Tell If It's an Easy Fix

Is Dry Member Skin Normal? How to Tell If It's an Easy Fix

In most cases, occasional dry penis skin is a fact of life. That's because almost anything can lead to dry penis skin, including something as innocuous as changing the detergent a guy uses for his sheets or even changing his workout routine to something that makes him sweat a bit more. To help ease the dryness of such delicate skin, good penis care is necessary. And for most guys, within a couple of days of proper attention, that dry penis skin is just like new.

But what happens when a man does everything he can think to do and it doesn't seem to make a difference? And what does it mean if the dry skin issue actually gets worse instead of better? It's important for a man to know when dry penis skin is a run-of-the-mill issue that will resolve in a few days, versus a problem that might require a doctor to evaluate it and provide treatment. To that end, here's a short primer on what's serious - and what's not.

Dry penis skin causes

Understanding the causes of dry penis skin can help a guy determine just how serious the situation might be. Here are the most common reasons for dry, itchy penis skin:

1. Too much masturbation. A guy who likes to handle the throttle a little too often is bound to wind up with some dryness, even if he uses plenty of lube. That's simply because over time, the rigorous stroking pulls natural oils from the skin, and when the lube is washed away, so is all that precious oil. But those who enjoy masturbation without lube are in for even worse dryness, as there is nothing to protect the penis from aggressive over-handling. The easiest way to cure the problem? Let the penis rest and apply plenty of moisturizing penis health crème in the meantime.

2. Dry sex. Whether a guy is getting it on without lube during intercourse or he's enjoying other activities, such as 'outercourse' or extended foreplay, his penis might rub up against various surfaces - such as the sheets, pillows, and yes, even his partner's body - and eventually, dry skin can be the result. The only cure for this is to keep the penis in good shape to begin with; again, this requires an excellent penis health crème.

3. Skin allergies and irritations. Sometimes a guy's penis is just fine, but then within hours, it's not. This sudden dryness is often related to something in the environment, such as a mild allergic reaction to new detergents, fragrances, cleansers, and anything else that might come into contact with the delicate penis skin. In this case, some detective work is in order. A guy should eliminate the variety of issues that might be causing the problem, then see if there is any improvement.

4. Skin conditions. For some men, things get a bit more serious. Dryness that doesn't respond to the use of a penis health crème or other moisturizing efforts might be a problem that requires a doctor's attention. Some skin conditions, such as eczema or psoriasis, can occur on the penis just as easily as they might appear on other parts of the body. If a man has dry, itchy penis skin that doesn't respond to his home treatments should visit the doctor to find out what the problem might be.

5. The weather. Surprisingly, the weather plays a serious role in dry skin. Many men are familiar with dry hands and a dry face or lips during the worst of the colder seasons. The same thing can happen to the penis. Again, use of a great crème, plenty of hydration, and running a humidifier during the winter can all help.

How to burn belly fat rapidly .I am following balanced diet although I am not able to decrease my belly.
You really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. Fennel seeds extracts works wonders. Take customised diet consultation.

To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins from the body.
