I am losing my hair and I am use all the shampoo but not yet so now what I am doing to stay my hair fall.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion.

First get his kidney levels checked, since high BP is an indication of underlying kidney problem.there are medications to control, besides look out for hidden salt in processed, bakery and ready made foods. Take adequate water and ample rest to bring down the BP naturally.

I am in the condition of masturbation so how can I stop it? How can I stop to all these things and strong my body.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
I am in the condition of masturbation so how can I stop it?
How can I stop to all these things and strong my body.
Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. If you wish to reduce the frequency of masturbation: It originates from brain, due to thinking about sex. Hence: ·     Do not watch adult material. ·     Concentrate more on your studies or work. ·     Exercise regularly.

It's very frustrating and confusing when one of the partner appears to be very elusive of an intimate part of the relationship. Lack of intimacy does impact the relationship in many ways. Meet a sexologist and relationship therapist or a psychologist along with your wife to understand what's happening in the relationship and what's stopping your wife from indulging in intimacy. Don't ignore or delay thinking that time will make everything alright. The sooner you resolve this issue, the better it will be. All the best.

Lybrate-user, since you are having hypothyroidism, that could be the cause foe excess bleeding. If hypothyroidism is well controlled tsh should be between 3 to 4 mu/l, otherwise many of the symptoms reappear. So please check tsh level and comeback with the result, if level is higher, then thyroxine dose will have to be increased. Further pain during menstruation can be controlled by taking certain painkillers and anti spasmodic drugs. Thanks.
