Dear lybrate-user! Abortion is not easy as you think. Simple medication would not help much in Abortion. Medical termination of pregnancy should done cautiously with some procedures. So better consult the Near by Gyanecologist. It is good for your girl friend health. Avoid any self medication or counter medication. For the betterment of your Girl friend life and health.

Dearyour weight is not very low. As per your height your bmi is within normal range- 21.4. But you can put on 2-3kg by increasing muscle mass, but fat mass. Prot ibex is ok but try to concentrte mired rom dietary protein- like milk an curd, cottage cheese/ home made, pulses -twice a day, sprouts nuts, and fish and eggs if you can orbtkse soya proteins are good too- to you.

Be supportive keep reassuring him that you all are there with him no matter what, normalize the situation by telling him that its ok to fail once twice thrice even the most successful people have failed in exams or were dropouts, tell him inspirational things, take him out for outing to his favorite place, make him join some classes music etc whatever he likes and keep a very positive enviroment at home. Ask him what he wants to do and be encouraging. If it persists take him to a psychologist.

It could be due to cervical spondylosys this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head.
