Dear lybrate user. Both alcohol drinks and soft drinks are bad to body in their own ways. Alcohol affects your liver, even when you take drops of it. Soft drinks, because of its calorific value and some preservatives could cause obesity and dehydration of cells. Avoid both. Take care.

Hair Transplant - Know the Myths & Facts!

Hair Transplant - Know the Myths & Facts!

A significant number of people who have been experiencing hair loss have considered the option of hair transplant. Despite that, not many individuals decide to finally go through the treatment. In spite of the fact that the most recent researches convey that the business sector of hair transplantation is booming quickly, yet a significant number of us have false notions about it. Here are a few myths to hair transplant and some facts about the same:

Myth 1: If you are uncertain about having a hair transplant, try it on a little patch to decide whether the system is for you.
Fact: Hair transplantation is a surgical process with a lasting result. In case you decide that it is not for you sometime later, it is past the point of no return. It is best to do your exploration first and then go ahead with hair transplant after you are certain about the method and the doctor you have picked.

Myth 2: A specialist can tell, if that you have a lot of hair for a hair transplant just by looking.
Fact: To best evaluate a donor’s supply there are a few variables that need to be considered. The doctor needs to look at the individual's scalp utilizing a densitometer, an instrument that takes the exact estimations of hair thickness. The patient's scalp density is another vital determinant of how much hair is accessible for a hair transplant.

Myth 3: The bigger the quantity of grafts transplanted in one session the better.
Fact: Sessions that are too extensive, can cause imperfect growth and may compel the specialist to transplant hair into ranges that are not perfect.

Myth 4: When extensive quantities of grafts or chunks are transplanted they do not get enough blood supply.
Fact: The blood supply originates from various veins that are all interconnected. It can manage the growth of a huge number of recently transplant hairs at one time. Although, there are constraints. If the grafts are too substantial or if the points are set very close to one another, the blood supply can be overpowered, causing poor growth.

Myth 5: It is ideal to have a hair transplant at a young age
Fact: As a rule, there is a possibility of having an effective hair transplant and a satisfied patient when a person is more matured instead of young. At the point when balding begins at an early age, the hair loss can set in later on.

Myth 6: It is ideal to have a hair transplant when your hair loss is still early, so nobody will take note.
Fact: Hair transplants grow progressively and take an entire year to totally develop. The hair comes in so gradually that nobody will see the procedure. If the transplant is done too soon, nobody will see the outcome either. Furthermore, if a hair transplant is performed too soon, it might quicken hair loss.

Myth 7: Scalp reductions save hair from future balding.
Fact: In a scalp reduction, the specialist tries to reduce the extent of the uncovered territory by truly removing it. This decreases the hair thickness in the back and sides of the scalp and makes the scalp tighter. These two restrict the scope for more hair removal from the donor’s range, leaving the cosmetically more vital front and top of the scalp inadequate. The scar that is a result of the system must be secured with hair.

Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use Tea Tree face wash 2 times a day. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 2.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 3.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.----------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).---------- 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.----------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.----------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.---------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.---------- 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. ------------------------ 9. Non vegetarian foods--------- some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below:---- 1. Red meat ------ 2. Pork, ------ 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, or tuna every day.------- 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories.- 5. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving.-------- whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.--- 10. Last but not the least, control your masturbation habit if you have any to 1-2 per week as overindulgence in masturbation, porn, smoking, alcohol and drugs also leads to muscle wasting-------------

Dear lybrate-user, Gluten allergic reactions do cause all your symptom. Since your body is craving for nutrition, you may be feeling hungry. Rely on millets (jowari, bajra, ragi etc) which are much more nutritious and healthy. Gluten does not cause hunger, lack of nutrition, indigestion can cause hunger like pangs. Regards.

I am losing so many hairs. What I do. And my hairs are getting removed form for head?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

I am losing so many hairs. What I do. And my hairs are getting removed form for head?
Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally and they improve the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall.

WEEK ERECTIONS IN MALE

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
WEEK ERECTIONS IN MALE
Self-esteem and sexual fulfillment are determined by how well a man can please his partner. Poor technique, lack of endurance and even weak, unsustainable erections can lead to poor sexual satisfaction. The inability to maintain a firm erection can be frustrating and embarrassing. Men can feel depressed and withdrawn from intimacy. Men can even begin to feel self-conscious and even angry at their inabilities. (Solutions: Remedy, Anal Breathing, Jelqing, Tincture)

Incidental weak erections are normal. Like professional athletes, sometimes you just have “an off day”. For some, a weak erection is an occasional problem; for others, a chronic issue. Weak erections are not random; they are due to one of four reasons: because of penile injury that inhibits blood flow; because of insufficient blood flow to the penile sponge-like tissues; because penile tissues cannot maintain blood; or because blood flow exits out of the veins unexpectedly. The cause for each of these problems varies from drugs and old age to improper diet and excessive masturbation.
Symptoms
Weak erections serve as warning signs of worse problems ahead. Think of a weak erection as an early indicator of developing severe impotence. Men who suffer from weak erections can still gain an erection; they just cannot hold it for long. Men with impotence, however, see no sign of life down south. The penis remains permanently limp. For men with common weak erection problems, typical symptoms may include:

Semi-hard erections
Flaccid erections during sex
Excessive pre-cum followed by weakened erections
Bruising to the penile tissue that may lead to a weak erection
Cistanche improves the adrenal glands damaged by age, poor diet, drugs or excessive masturbation. Cistanche provides protection to the organs from oxidative damage. Thanks to its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, Cistanche can improve blood circulation and can increase testosterone and micro-circulation to the penile tissues.
Cuscuta increases blood flow by producing more nitric oxide to stimulate an erection.
Cynomorium treats impotence in men thanks to the testosterone-building molecules found inside the herb.
Maca enhances arousal level for improved erection quality during sex.
Pyrola contains kaempfer-ol-3-O-glucoside and quercetin-3-O-glucoside, chemical compounds known to improve sex drive and energy levels.
Schisandra increases the circulation and sensitivity in the genitals while enhancing testosterone production.

Additional Techniques, Formulas and Lifestyle Changes
Think of these additional techniques as complementary solutions that aid in erectile capacity. When combined with herbal supplements, techniques can greatly improve the quality of your erectile capacity. For instance, Anal Breathing and Jelqing Technique can improve the duration of your erection by strengthening the weakened parasympathetic nerves caused by abusive masturbation or marijuana.

Medications can alter your body’s capacity to produce an erection. High blood pressure medication can diminish the flow of blood, while certain SSRI (anti-depressants) can diminish penile stimulation because of the elevated production of serotonin. Meanwhile, foods high in cholesterol and sugar can elevate blood pressure, cholesterol and increase your risk for diabetes. Each condition can age and weaken your arteries, preventing blood from flowing properly to your penis.

If your body remains in a dilapidated state due to aged arteries, drug abuse or over-masturbation, an erectile technique can help. Meanwhile, erectile strengthening solutions, such as Botanical Remedy for Weak Erection Restoration and Herbal Tincture Formula - Improving the Quality of Erection both improve elevate blood flow to the penis, repair nerve endings damaged by age or over masturbation, and balance hormones necessary for sex.

MS - ENT(Gold Medalist), MBBS
ENT Specialist, Delhi
For what reason operation was done? was that simple ear drum reconstruction (myringoplasty) or mastoid surgery? it can be due to bppv also which can be diagnosed and treated by a manouvre/exercise. Giddiness may also be due to some ear infection/disease (cholesteatoma) damaging the balance organ of ear. U should consult an ent specialist to find out any underlying pathology.
