Hello, please use a mild cleanser like cetaphil or moiz as facewash twice a day. Apply elovera or venusia moisturising cream immediately after bath and in evening. Avoid hot water baths. Have cap vibrox once a day for 2 months as it contains omega fatty acids which help in dry skin. Avoid sun exposure. Use suncross sunscreen lotion 15 min before sun exposure.

Hi, ok if tests suggests everything is normal, it can be either be anxiety or somatized pain. Pain which is a result of stress of which we may or may not be consciously aware. You can try some relaxation exercises and consult a psychologist for cbt to get know about the cause of pain.

Few tips to lose weight are as below: 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Hello, yes there may be headache because of change in climate. Take BC No. 12, 5 tabs twice daily and kali phos 6x, 5 tabs at bed time. Alpha HA, 15 drops with warm water twice daily. Revert me after 15 days.

She is a mother of a school going child age 4. How do you expect her to have self esteem when everyone keeps reminding her about her failures like a school dropout! I refuse to believe that she does not have any positive qualities. Focus on them. Criticism is a chain reaction. One family member starts and others join the chorus. Someone has to take responsibility for keeping her out of this chakarview. We cannot expect her to be strong from within being surrounded by only negative forces around her.
