Always been afraid from something wrongful to be happened specially in the morning while at Sunrise time to till busy in my work. Mind totally filled with lot of worries and nervousness and too much pressure of own business I'm so much depress as I can't handle this situation so please help me to come out from all this I'll be highly thankful to all of you.

Your are probably waking up with anxiety (which is abnormal fear, really) and then getting all worked up because your mind is not occupied. This condition actually prevails all through the day but is not in yoru awareness because you have yourself occupied enough to distraction. Something has triggered this anxiety from your recent past or there has been a long-pending (you have used the term 'always been afraid') issue with regard to fear that is coming up for a resolution. I suggest you meet with a counselor and if that person advises you to meet with a psychiatrist, then please do so without hesitation. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Mr Sanjay, All the three conditions need to be in proper control with appropriate drugs, then only the patient is in good health and shape.For diabetes and hypertension strict control of blood sugar and blood pressure is very essential. Unless all the details are made available like fasting and PP sugar levels, HbA1c%, BP readings, weight and height, drugs being taken with dosage and dietary pattern and amount of exercise done daily, it is difficult for me to give any specific suggestions. Anxious feeling is mainly due to improper control of the condition.. Apart from taking proper medications she should take a restricted diet, providing exact calories based on her ideal body weight, sugar levels, and extent of exercise. Should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day) . Her salt intake has to be restricted to 2.3 g a day. Avoid pickles and papad . Should walk for at least 45 minutes a day. This routine has to be continuously followed. If you want any specific advice then please come in a private conversation, where i can give specific suggestions.

Lybrate-user, follow these tips: food: add lot of fiber in your food (vegetables, fruits, salads. Avoid oil & sugar. No bakery food, cold drinks. Reduce carbohydrate intake. Increase protein by including legumes, fat free milk & milk products. Exercise: ad crunches, sit ups, walking, jogging are good exercises to lose belly fat. Rest: sleep for 6-7 hours in a day & learn meditation.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.

I have a urine problem. Some times I will go 1 time for every 4 hours. But during some days like winter, tension it is 2 times in a hour and more. I am student. I dont have infection and diabetes. I do molestation regularly. Please give me advice to solve this problem.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Health benefits of mango

1. Prevents cancer:
Research has shown antioxidant compounds in mango fruit have been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers. These compounds include quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid and methyl gallate, as well as the abundant enzymes.

2. Lowers cholesterol:
The high levels of fiber, pectin, and vitamin c help to lower serum cholesterol levels, specifically low-density lipoprotein (the bad stuff).

3. Clears the skin:
Can be used both internally and externally for the skin. Mangos help clear clogged pores and eliminate pimples.

4. Improves eye health:
One cup of sliced mangoes supplies 25 percent of the needed daily value of vitamin a, which promotes good eyesight and prevents night blindness and dry eyes.

5. Alkalizes the whole body:
The tartaric acid, malic acid, and a trace of citric acid found in the fruit help to maintain the alkali reserve of the body.

Mango leaves help normalize insulin levels in the blood. The traditional home remedy involves boiling leaves in water, soaking through the night and then consuming the filtered decoction in the morning. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Drakshasav 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Dear sir. Your problem can't be handled through home remedies and you need a combination of yoga + blood purifying internal medicines + daily food management. We have many teenagers of your age as patients & they start feeling difference within 02-04 weeks (though the medicines are continued for 03 -04 months). Till we have a detailed to discussion to plan your personalized treatment, you please do the following- # take 1 tsf amla powder with lukewarm water, just before going to bed, daily. # take 01 glass boiling water, mix 01 tsf triphala powder in it, leave overnight. In mlorning, carefully filter the water leaving the triphala powder (settled in the bottom of glass) behind. Wash your face with this water, wait for 10 minutes & then use plain water to wash your face. Repeat the process before going to sleep (in night). Kind regards.

For few people, there will be easy tendency to put up wt, if once they ignore diet conttol ir exercises. Try taking lemon juice with honey&a pinch of dty ginger powder, motning n night after food. In homeo also, you can try few medicines ehich will help for your better wait loss.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed .it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Compared with previous attempts, how motivated to lose weight are you this time? score 1 for not at all, 2 slightly, 3 somewhat, 4 quite, 5 extremely 

How certain are you that you will stay committed to a weight loss program for the time it will take to reach your goal?
score 1 for cannot, 2 can somewhat, 3 uncertain, 4 can tolerate well, 5 can easily

Consider all outside stress in your life (work, family obligations, etc.) to what extent can you tolerate the effort required to stick to a diet?
score 1 for very unrealistic, 2 somewhat unrealistic, 3 moderately unrealistic, 4 somewhat realistic, 5 very realistic

Think honestly about how much weight you hope to lose and how quickly you hope to lose it. Figuring a weight loss of. 5kg to 1 kg per week, how realistic is your expectation?

Scored 4 to 10 - change attitudes that are blocking your way to regular exercise
Scored 11 to 16 - to feel more positive about exercise, think of ways that are fun and fit your lifestyle

Hello, take Natrum mur 200 ch , 5 drops, single dose. Kali phos 6X , 5 tabs twice daily. Do meditation for half an hour , daily in the morning. Try to keep yourself busy in other activities. Take care.
