Antenatal Care - According To Ayurveda View!

ANTENATAL CARE ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA VIEW (GARBHA SANSKAR)

"Sukra sonita garbhasayastham atma   prakrti  vikara  samurcitam garbham iti uchyate" Su.S.

The foetus (Garbha) is the union of the sukra (sperm/male gamete), the sonita (ovum/female gamete) and the atma or cetana (soul/spirit/ultimate awareness). The garbha also possesses eight elements called the prakrtis & sixteen elements called the vikaras which are also the building blocks of life. So, garbha is the fine coalescence of the sukra, the sonita, the atma, the prakrtis and the vikaras.
In ayurvedic texts conception is compared to a sprouting of seed. Proper season, the right kind of soil, with good nourishment, a healthy seed grows into a  healthy plant. These factors are important for a healthy conception too.

AYURVEDIC Shloka :-
"Dhruvam caturnam sannidhyat garbhah syat vidhi purvakam
"Rtu ksetra ambu bljanam samagryat ankuro yatha"

Bone & Joint Pain Care - Ayurveda!

Care for Bone & joint pain According Ayurveda:-

  •  After active phase is over, physiotherapy can also be started.
  •  Then to boost the immunity in nirama avastha
  • We should be very careful that oil should not be applied and kriyas not be done in ama avasta.
  •  We should not apply lepas, when there is jvara.
  •  In infectious arthritis even valuka svedam need not be done.

Some Remedies:-

  • Use 'VATSHAMAK LADU' for fast cure.
  • Fasting is very beneficial for digesting the ama. The fasting be complete or partial depending on the strength of the person, season and place. Two tea spoons of lemon juice mixed in 250 ml. of warm water and a tea spoon of honey is good to take twice a day -morning and evening.
  • Body massage with sesame or mustard oil helps to reduce the vata and thus reduce the pain. The joints affected by pain can be massaged for longer time.
  • Light exercise is useful but you must know your limits: as a general rule if any exercise, including walking, causes pain after one hour, you have crossed your limit.

Ayurveda To Treat Infertility Problem!

Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatment for infertility:-

á¾¹yurvedic treatments are not merely a series of single and autonomous treatments, but on the contrary, are a carefully formulated highly-individualized and complex arrangement of treatments whose functioning can only be understood if viewed as an integrated whole. A defining feature of the holistic-oriented á¾¹yurvedic strategy is the therapeutic integration of the physical (e.g. purification through Panchakarma, dietary recommendations, herbal medicines, etc), psychological, and spiritual realms (e.g. mantra recitation, use of gemstones, placement of sacred objects in the home, prayer, etc). In Ayurveda, female infertility is understood as a somato-psycho-spiritual disintegration with a tendency to somatize unresolved emotional and mental conflicts; these conflicts are either wholly or partially causative or they further aggravate co-existing epigenetic, traumatic, and biochemical causes

.At my clinic, I recommend the following steps:-

1.Getting an initial Ayurvedic consultation
2.Good diet and life style recommendations
3. Completing a weeklong panchakarma session
4.Taking my own making herbal supplements to assist in conception

Ayurvedic PanchakarmaTreatment For Infertility:-
 1)Snehan-Swedan
2)Vaman
3)virechan
4)Basti
 5)shirodhara
6)Uttar basti
7)vajikaran treatment.

All Good foods help provide nutrition to the shukra dhatu, which in turn can help a person conceive.

Ayurvedic Panchakarma Treatment For Vitiligo!

Ayurvedic view & treatment of Shwitra(vitiligo)-

Shwitra or Shwet-Kushtha can be co-related with skin disease "vitiligo" in modern biomedicine. According to Ayurveda view, the skin is one of the essential sense organs.

Vata and bhrajaka pitta reside in the skin (called twak in Sanskrit). As the skin covers the whole body,  bhrajaka pitta should be maintained in a proper state, and it needs continuous care.

An imbalance in Vata and bhrajaka pitta may cause skin diseases.

Ayurvedic management of vitiligo:--

1) Vitiligo is purification therapies (shodhana karma) using herbal decoction Vaman Virechan Basti 2) oil massage using oil selected on the basis of patient examination (rogi pariksa) and disease (roga) & lepam

3) Jalokavacharan(leech therapy) as shown in the photo
