My left knee paining I am 62 years old female diabetic .in x ray swelling indicated pl suggest some medicine.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife. She a pain in her left knee from past few 1 month we have been to near by clinics and by there suggestion we have taken a X Ray. Found no issues in the reports so they gave same pain killers and the pain was ok for few days and now she is suffering from the pain again.
My mother has been suffering through (gout) hyperuricemia. It has re occurred 2 times in the past 6 months her uric acid level now is 5.3 earlier it was 7.9. Doctors advised her to stay away from foods high in purine like cabbage fish legumes daal etc .but now that it is under control is it okay that she continues her normal diet slowly and gradually adding up some amount of food high in purines.in the same time of past 6 months she was also diagnosed with diabetes and takes insulin shots everyday. So there is a food restriction due to high sugar as well. She can not eat potatoes or anything high in sugar and carbohydrates. So essentially she can not have proteins and purines due to gout and carbohydrates and sugars due to diabetes. Now there is a very small window of exceptional foods that she has been surviving on since the past half year. What should be a good diet for her. Any advice would be helpful.
I had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery. Developed light swelling & pain on the knee on the 8th day after surgery and continued on the 9th day. Is any treatment necessary?

People always stare the way I walk .when I walk my thighs are close and below knees their is gap while walking, n now after watching videos it is similar like knock knees, I can't wear tight dress because I'm being noticed ,n people make my fun. One of the most common ailments the elderly suffer from is arthritis. However, arthritis can affect people of all ages. It is a rheumatic disease as in, it affects joints and bones. It can be of many types and the term covers a number of inflammatory and non-inflammatory joint diseases. Some of the most well-known types of arthritis are rheumatoid arthritis, bone spurs, gout, and osteoarthritis.
