We often confuse being alone with being lonely. It is important to have the capacity to be alone and be content with being with yourself. Only if you are happy doing things on your own can you give happiness to others. Find time for yourself in the day where you do things that make you happy. Many times we are so caught up in daily routines, spending time with others that we forget the" self. Nurture your self and you will be able to spread positive energy to others. A lonely person can never be alone and wants to be constantly surrounded by someone or the other but an individual who chooses to be alone is not lonely.

I am a chain smoker. I do not want to die in this age. So please help me. Can you help me?

Hi, I am glad to hear that you have a habit that you see as life threatening. That is the first step towards solving a problem. Set small goals which is easier to accomplish. If you are a chain smoker then restrict your smoking to half the amount for a day. After two weeks reduce the consumption by half again. Find substitutes for smoking.
