I am 65 kg and my height is 5.8 I am female 22 years old. I want to reduce my weight I have double and chubby cheeks. Is it possible to reduce only cheeks becoz some doctor said that you have to reduce whole body weight. Wht can I do if reducing whole body weight can I eat morning makruni afternoon rice plate and daal evening tea and night 2 chaptis with vegetables .in my place there is no gym .i want to reduce in 2 months .is it possible and how to reduce? How many minutes to go to walk and exercise .i want best doctors answer.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient.
