My name is Mr. prashant Kadam aged 31. I would like to know that my hairs are falling. Please suggest me some medicine ad well as home remedies to solve this problem.
Hair fall is influenced by a number of factors including a poor diet, unhealthy lifestyle, poor circulations, stress etc. Hence the best way to treat this condition is not with topical products but by attacking the root cause and living a healthier lifestyle. Here are some things you could do to prevent hair fall.
1. Have a well-balanced diet
Your diet plays a crucial role in keeping your hair healthy. When your body faces a deficiency of a certain nutrients they are taken away from hair and diverted to other organs. Hence, hair are the first to see the effects of nutritional deficiencies. Hair are primarily made up of protein and hence a deficiency of protein can cause breakage and hair fall. Along with proteins, one must also include plenty of vitamins B and C, zinc, copper and iron in our daily diet. This nourishes the hair and strengthens it.
2. Drink plenty of water
Biotin is one of the most important vitamins responsible for healthy hair. This vitamin is water soluble and hence in order for it to be well absorbed by the body, you must drink plenty of water.
3. Massage your scalp
An oil massage can do wonders for your scalp. It not only keeps the scalp from drying out, but also improves blood circulation. Improved blood circulation helps increase the oxygen count in blood and ensures that nutrients reach your hair roots.
4. Fight stress
Stress is one of the leading cause of premature greying and hair loss. Stress can affect hair loss both directly and indirectly. By disrupting the hair growth cycle it can cause excessive hair fall. It can also reduce your appetite and hence keep you from getting the nutrition necessary for healthy hair. Thus, it is important for you to find a way to deal with stress effectively. Meditation and regular exercise are great ways to beat stress.
5. Get a good night’s sleep
Hair are very sensitive to physiological and emotional changes such as a weakened immune system, hormonal imbalances, physical and mental stamina etc. Not getting adequate sleep can affect all these factors and hence indirectly harm your hair. Poor quality sleep also increases the effects of stress on the body. Hence pay attention to how much sleep you are getting. Create a routine and go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Darkening your room and abstaining from watching television or working on your laptop before you go to bed can also make it easier for you to fall asleep.
Did you know that approximately 40% of women never expect to face the challenge of hair loss or baldness. Fine hair is both a precursor for and consequence of hair thinning in women in India. Women who experience hair loss have a disproportionately high rate of fine hair before they start losing hair. Typically, your hair is at its thickest by age 20. Once you pass age 20, however, your hair gradually begins to thin, shedding more than the normal 40-100 hairs each day. Hence, in such a case, when you notice that your hair is falling at an uncontrollably fast pace and that your growth of hair is relatively lower than the hair fall rate, then it is time you should consider doing something fruitful to help it.
1. Importance of nutrients in maintaining the hair
Our fast lives coupled with unhealthy diet don’t allow our body to receive all the nutrients required for keeping up healthy skin and hair. Just like our body requires protein and vitamins for proper growth and functioning, our hair also requires minerals and vitamins along with other essential micro nutrients for the optimum growth of hair.
2. Loss of nutrients
Hair is made up of proteins and when you use heat to dry the hair or color the hair, it strips off the nutrients in the hair. This loss of micro nutrients and vitamins slows down the process of hair growth, ultimately leading to hair fall. Also, everyday usage of shampoos causes more harm than one can imagine. Over 90% of shampoos in the market have sulfates, and many pieces of research cite this to be one of the major reasons for hair fall.
3. The solution to hair fall worries

Diaper rashes can also cause pain during bowel movements and a burning sensation during urination.
Causes: There are a number of reasons for the occurrence of diaper rashes. Trying out a new product may sometimes give the baby a rash as the sensitive skin of the child may not take to some ingredient. Therefore, it may develop as an allergic reaction. This new product may be a cream, lotion or a new brand or type of diapers. Further, sometimes when we introduce new foods, the baby’s skin may erupt into rashes as a part of an allergic reaction. Bacterial or yeast infection can also cause diaper dermatitis. Also, antibiotics can cause rashes as a side effect.
Diagnosis: The diagnosis of the condition is usually done by a dermatologist or a paediatrician based on the symptoms that you list out as well as physical examination of the area. Treatment: One should keep the baby’s skin dry and absolutely clean at all times. Also, it would be recommended to use cloth diapers for a few hours a day so that the skin may get a chance to breathe. Further, the doctor will prescribe mild hydrocortisone ointments. Antifungal creams may also be used in case there is an infection. Oral antibiotics may also be prescribed in such cases.
