I am 60 years old lady, having problem in heels, when I get up in the morning and through out the day when I get up after sitting for sometime I can't walk, feel needles pricking feeling for last one year. I had two session of physiotherapy for 10 & 7 days. Please help me.

Dear , this condition is known as planter fascitis. Just do 1 thing at home, take lukewarm water in a small tub and put a small teaspoon of salt to it. Dip your heel inside for 30mins. After that dry it properly n put a thin filament of any ointment like moov, volini etc. N wear socks so that the heat remains for a longer period n keep your foot under the blanket. Do it before sleeping for 7 days and then tell me how it feels.

Dear, immediately start taking physiotherapy sessions. Take swd for 10mins (10days) u. S. To tender point (10days) ift x 5days. After that start exercising to strengthen your back and thigh muscles. That will help you for sure. Thanks.

Hey, back pain can be due to stiff back or wrong posture. If its too severe, then have an enzoflam. Take ift sessions from physiotherapist and few strengthening exercises for your back. Thanks.

Hey, back pain can be due to wrong posture (occupational) or stiffness in your back or lack of strength. What you should do is start doing stretches and strengthening exercise for your back. Take ift sessions from nearby physiotherapist and start exercising on regular basis. Understand ergonomics from physiotherapist.

Dear, Everyday take warm water in tub, add a pinch of salt into it. Dip it for 30mins. Take out your toes and dry it properly. Just put a thin filament of any ointment like moov. Volini etc n wear socks for 35mins. Do not rub it. Do it for 7days. See the difference then. Thanks.

Dear , treatment for lumbar spondylosis: short wave diathermy. Lumbar traction ift for 7days ultra sound therapy for 5 days the moment pain has come down and stiffness also, start with basic exercises like -toe and ankle movement. Knee bending and straightening bridging back extension exercises. This is for 1st 10days. After that start with weight training thanks.

Dear , if its a broken leg, I guess then doctors must have put plaster cast or crape bandage in the affected area. Initially its gonna pain but if it's unbearable then il suggest you have an enzoflam, pain will come down and with that do ankle-toe movement.

Dear , r you sure its a bony pain? acc. To me it can be either bony or muscular pain. If its bony pain, consult orthopedician immediately and if its a muscular pain then, probable reason could be muscle stiffness or inflammation. I suggest you, do hot water fomentation (twice a day, with that, stretches for your lower limb and if its too much then have an enzoflam. You can consult me.

Dear , if its tennis elbow, then I would recommend you to for physiotherapy treatment. 1st- application of ice. 2- ultrasound therapy for 10 days. 3. Taping 4. Strengthening exercises. ** start wearing elbow binders asap. Thanks.

Dear , do hot water fomentation (take warm water, add a pinch of salt to it, dip a towel or napkin, then rinse it and wrap it around your joints) do it for 5 times, twice a day. Do stretches and start exercising as the pain subsides.

Dear , could you please tell me whether she has knee pain also or not. For pain, I guess, she must be taking medication. With that I will suggest you, take your mother for physiotherapy where physios can start with her electrotherapy and exercises. Electrotherapy: swd (7 days) ift to lower back ultra sound to the tender point back extension exercises +isometric exercise for knee joint. If the pain comes down then, ask her to start walking and start with stair climbing. Thanks.

Dear , fibular pain also called as fibular stress fracture. Pain occurs over time with excessive weight bearing activity such as running. Pain is experienced in the outer lower leg that increases with weight bearing activity. Contributory factor for fibular pain is muscle weakness, excessive training, poor foot mechanics, joint stiffness.
