Pimples why do i get them seventy percent of all of us had pimples in our youth. It is not a disease and hence we need to understand them well to curb them down heridity: from mother or father remember pimples have a tendency to run in families. the oilyness of skin, tendency for skin infection and tendenct yo have scars and keloids all come to you from your dad or mom tendency to have oily skin for those us having oily sticky skin know well how much care and cleaning is needed. else the oil blocks thepores of skin, cause skin infections and makes our face dull and bored. stress: work related ; those of us doing goal oriented and time restricting studies and jobs, what stress we undergo need not be explained diffently. this stress acts on our system, which inturn makes us more susceptible to pimples ans skin infection. sleeping time altered: our sleep pattern gets altered sometimes due to late night parties, sometimes due to studies and for some of us due to office pressure. late nights invariably take our system to task, burden it resulting in crop of pimples on face in next few days. food habits junk food & aerated drinks: we all know that they are more to save our time, quick bite or fun and tauna with friends. aerated foods stress our digestive system and so do oily cheesy and extra sweet stuff like chocolates. unclean face and hair: cleanliness is road to health and any deviation there makes a road to boils, pimples and later unsightly scars. hormonal imbalance: ovarian cysts & p c o d: menstrual system of a lady is a well balanced clock with many checks and balances. anything going wrong there leads to numerous complaints like obesity, unwanted hair as well as pimples images.

Anagen effluvium refers to the condition of hair loss due to chemotherapy in a cancer patient 6.Physical trauma / injury to head 7.Emotional trauma like constant stress or grief due to loss of a family member / close friend 8.General diseases like diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, Hypothyroidism, or AIDS 9.Auto-immune related hair loss in which the hair cells are mistaken for a foreign body and are destroyed by the immune cells of the body 10.Hairstyles like tight braids or ponytails where the hair is tightly pulled backwards leading to traction alopecia; indiscriminate use of hair colors and hair straighteners.

Remember pimples is a common problem and unless they are more than 10 or with infection they can be left alone Having said this you may start with a topical antibiotic like clindamycin and a good sunscreen to be used and a time to suppress your pimples you will need application off benzoyl that is safer.
