To fight the dengue virus that infects the body, the immune system must be improved. The trick is to eat certain foods that contain lots of vitamins and nutrients.

Useful ayurvedic tips:
Give plenty of fluids- include coconut water, orange juice, pomegranate juice, aloe vera juice, dal water, ors etc.

Give pomegranate juice if vomiting and nausea is there.
Give vegetable soups, boiled vegetables like ridge gourd, bottle gourd, bathua, spinach which are healthy as well as easily digestible.

Giloy juice 3 tsf + aloe vera juice 3 tsf - give this mixture three times a day, empty stomach or can be taken after food also. This will surely help in the increase of platelets also bring the fever down. Even it can be used as a preventive measure by healthy individuals.
Papaya leaf juice-3 tsf 3 times a day also works like a miracle in bring down the fever and increasing platelets.

Give soft, easily digestible food once the fever is down and the patient is hungry. Food includes boiled sweet potatoes, moong dal khichdi, ragi porridge, soft daily etc.
Abstain from oily and spicy food which will increase pitta in the body and increase fever.
Do not panic. If none of the above is available, you may also give giloy than vati 1 tab three times a day.

2. Minimise your stress on the back

Do not sit or stand in the same position for too long.To relax, bend from your back and let your hands , neck and head hang freely .

Spotting is also observed some times in pregnancy too. So, please use a pregnancy kit to detect if you are pregnant or not. Further medicine will depend on the result.
