14. डिप्रेशन से परेशान व्यक्ति के अंदर बेचैनी जैसे भाव भी देखे जाते हैं.
15. उन लोगों को स्पष्ट रूप से सोचने या निर्णय लेने में भी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है.
16. इन सब कारणों से वो काम या स्कूल में खराब प्रदर्शन करते हैं जिससे उनकी परेशानी बढ़ जाती है.
17. घबराहट का शिकार व्यक्ति अपराधबोध से ग्रसित होता है.
18. परेशानियों से तंग आकर उनके मन में आत्मघाती विचार भी आते हैं.
19. आम तौर पर तनाव से पीड़ित लोगों के सिर या मांसपेशियों में दर्द रहने की शिकायत भी होती है.
20. कई बार घबराहट से परेशान व्यक्ति दवा या शराब का दुरुपयोग भी करता है.

Dr. I have accidentally taken solopose 0.25 mg 1 tablet instead of taking some other tablet & after taking this tablet I came to knew its for anxiety people & now for the past 1 week I experiencing mild confusing. Restless thoughts & feeling heat beat in throat & radiating feel also unable to sleep also. Day by day I am improving like I am getting cleared but still I feeling like anxiety. I for the past 2 days I am experiencing like my heart beat sound radiating from left, right & throat as if some thing got stuck in it & I consulted a near by physician & mentioned all the above but I did not say that I took 1 tablet of solopose 0.25 mg.he told that its nothing just your imagination only. Also to take ecg & my ecg was also normal & bp is 130/80. He suggested me ivabradine 5 mg & crocin advance & 0.25 mg of tab anxit. After taking ivabradine now my heart sound is okay after taking ivabradine but still I have some confusion & fear? Do I need to take this tab anxit 0.25 mg & will it cause any side effects after taking like same I had with solopose 0.25 mg. Pls help me that it is normal & to continue medications for 5 days & whether to take axit 0.25 mg also because I am scared that again I may develop same issue like I took solopose 0.25 mg by accident. Or I else I should seek emergency help.

Seems like your anxiety is provoked by a single dose of irrelevant medication. Don't worry it can be treated easily with proper counseling and medication. You need to consult right doctor for this who understand it properly and make you understand as well. Consult a psychiatrist nearby or online so that detail discussion and evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be suggested as treatment depends on the many factors including past history, family history, severity of illness, duration and many other factors which can only be evaluated by a experienced psychiatrist.

All these symptoms are indicative off depression. Being without a job could be even more devastating. Go for a whole medical check up and rule out any physical complications. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, spend time in nature or gardening, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.
