Hi, presently you are on triple drug therapy with optimal dose of each medicine. As your sugar after food is 260 it seems that more tighter control of blood glucose levels is needed the exact blood glucose for you may differ according to your age and associated comorbidities. But before increasing your medicines it is necessary to know whether you are taking present medications in correct timings voglibose has to be taken 15 to 20 minutes before food along with medications exercise and diet control will help a lot exercise will reduce overall medicines requirements by decreasing insulin resistance and small but frequent diet will not allow blood glucose to rise up too high!

These symptoms are suggestive of balanitis, i. E. Infection of gland of penis. The most common cause is uncontrolled sugar levels. I would suggest to control blood glucose levels first along with the sugar control you will also need antibiotics and antifungal agents for cure.

What to do when getting sudden stomach aches?
Hi the problem you have asked is a symptom for number of abdominal diseases ranging from acute gastritis to renal colic and the severity and location of pain differs according to the cause of pain. The most common cause of pain in upper abdomen being acute gastritis this pain can be controlled by simple acid neutralizers and avoiding spicy food, taking your meals in time and having adequate sleep some pain killers will also help but it is not advisable to reduce the symptom by merely taking pain killers without addressing the cause. So get medical advise if pain does not stop with above remedies.

I am experiencing head pain while studying. What should I do to stop it?
It's a common problem faced by students these days, especially after long study hours. The reason behind it is stress on eyes this stress accumulates if we continuously focus on a particular distance for long time poor light source is another cause refractive error for near vision can also show same symptoms I would suggest you to close your eyes intermittently after reading a paragraph, that will allow your eyes to relax and will also help you to revise what you read good illumination will also decrease eye strain keep a distance of at least 40 cm while reading and if all this measures didn't help, get your eye sight checked for refractive error!
