I have checked 2 times with a physician in last 1 month. Found out my BP on higher side 88-135. I exercise regularly. I also play football at competitive level. What can be the reasons of this and how to get it to normal. Also I do have slight head aches sometimes in the morning. And some breathing problem like in cold.

Hello doctor. I am having a mild fever since 10 days. And no paracetamol was working on me. I went for blood checkup.
