Five beneficial exercises for reducing knee pain & increasing synovial fluid supplements.
You can take Glucosamine &calcium D3 (vestige com) it's help to increase your synovial fluid for further improvement need homoeopathic treatment you can consult with me privately if you want, take care. Also try quadriceps exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times

I am from punjab having problem of spine dislocation the liquid from bone is coming out and there is bulge in back near tale bone due to which the vains re pressed finding difficulty to sit or stand and even move and doctors are recommending bedrest kindly suggest something.

Do hot fomentation in hot water tub at tailbone. Go for physiotherapy sessions ultrasonic is beneficial in this along with ift. Use soft cushion or rubber tube to sit.

Hi I have a severe legs and the back pain when wake up in the morning I can not bare this kind of pain.
It might be scitica pain. Its due to lumbar spine problem. You should do 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Hello, your back pain is not because of habit you noted hear, there may be some physical, mechanical or physical problem's that you have to find with investigations like xray, blood test and councling. In a physiotherapist view conservative treatment for your pain is first take rest on lay down on a bed for three days, start spinal strengthening exercises, after one or two weak start corestrengtning exercises, go for walking or swimming every day, check your knee muscle is having enough strength, weakness in knee muscle will give strain on your back, if there is weakness in knee you have to start with qudreceps exetsises by sitting on a tallchair straighten your knee for many times, again check any tightness in hamstring muscles (muscles in back of thyes, if its there you have to stretch your hamstring muscles. Avoid bike riding, avoid bending forward, avoid sitting this will help to avoid sprain to your back. Good luck

I have gone through elbow surgery, so they inject something in my shoulder now its 4 months after surgery my shoulders always get pain i.e (dull pain) why I do gym when I lift weight light only i.e 2,4 kgs its starts paining.Please suggest me something for that.

It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer and it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Please check if you are having cervical spondylosis or not - do an x-ray of cervical region. Also take Rhus tox 200 for next 7 days and revert back
