Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area.
You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water
Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Inform after 10 days for further guidance.

you need to take calcium with vitamin D3 for sometimes. E. 3 months and concentrate on back strengthening exercises. Only when vitamin d deficiency is corrected then your back pain will go.

It is normal for beginners when they jog the remedy would be you can do hot water fermentation and if you have intense pain further to that you can keep ice pack in the painful area which will help you to reduce the pain. Let us know how you feel after you do this at home.
