Head aches in pregnancy may be due to several reasons, whether big or not depends on how intense and frequent it is & also associated symptoms. It could be because of irregular food intake, dehydration due to less water intake or vomiting, refractory error of eyes (eye test suggested, blood pressure if increased can lead to head aches and sometimes it could be vascular head aches. So, adequate liquids & balanced diet is not sorting out the issue other thing which I mentioned needs to be ruled out by your doctor. Try evening walks in fresh air, avoid too much of tv/internet. Yoga, meditation should help.

Pregnancy - First Trimester Guide

So you have just found out that you are pregnant and you and your partner are over the moon about it! While congratulations are in order, so are a host of tips, which will help you settle into the pregnancy. It is important to remember that the first trimester of your pregnancy is a crucial phase where you may not change that much physically, but will be prone to many emotional changes. It is also a phase where you will make way for the changes that will inevitably come in the next two trimesters and for a long time after delivery of the baby too. Read on to unravel our first trimester guide.

  1. Pregnancy Test: You must ensure that you know you are pregnant by monitoring your menstrual cycles closely so that even one missed period points at the possibility of pregnancy. This test can be a home based kit available at the chemists' or can even be conducted with a lab test based on a urine sample. Despite the results that you may get on a home pregnancy test, it is best to get a professional opinion as well.
  2. Finding the Right Doctor: In this phase of your pregnancy itself, it is imperative to home in on a gynaecologist who will put you ease. Take care to pick someone who may be recommended by family and friends. Have a talk with the doctor a few times to see how well he or she engages you as a patient and if you are suitably convinced with the sessions and appointments.
  3. Activity: While heavy activities may not be recommended by all doctors as the foetus needs to latch on, one can indulge in plenty of walks and a normal routine as well. Ensure that your pregnancy is a normal one and ask your doctor about any precautions that you may need to take with the progressing trimesters. Also, find ways to deal with any morning sickness with the help of the doctor. 
  4. Supplements: In this crucial phase, ensure that your doctor gives you plenty of folic acid supplements that you must ingest on a regular basis. This will keep any risk of neural tube birth defects at bay. 
  5. Other Medications: Find out more about over the counter drugs or any medication that you may have been taking as this may have to be stopped or adjusted for the pregnancy. The doctor should be able to guide you on this aspect too.

The other activities during the first trimester include taking pre natal appointments and choosing and interacting with your caregiver who will also be a support after you have had the baby.

Hi Lybrate User, Unfortunately you are being fed with wrong advice. As such you are having a weight problem and on top of it, if you take more ghee (fat) you are making it much worse. Next problem is this myth that taking some Ayurvedic medicine will make you slim. Both these advices have no scientific basis and will not bring you any results. And will add more to your existing problem. If you want to lose weight, you need to reduce your diet and bring it to a 1800-2000 calorie level. Your baby as such needs more outside nutrition now. 1. Focus more on eating fruits and salads. 2. Your daily diet should not have more than 4 teaspoon of oil/ghee and 4 teaspoons of sugar per day. 3. Don't stay hungry, and stay more active. 4. Go for an hour's walk / jog / yoga daily. 5. Drink lots of water. 6. Reduce all junk food, chips, fruit juices, colas, sweets from your diet. Step by step you can reduce your weight. But there is no magic pill. Believe in yourself. And it will happen.

If you r not on drugs for hypothyroidism than test tsh levels and revert back with reports and sweating is due to hyperstimulation of para sympathetic nervous system and folic acid might help your axons of the nerves to function normally.

I think you are suffering from hyperarausal disorder with transvestic fetichism. The essential feature of transvestic fetishism is recurrent intense sexual urges and sexually arousing fantasies involving dressing in clothing associated with members of the opposite sex. If you a regular user of oral contraceptive pill u need not have taken ipill at at all! however, I pill causes some irregularity of periods, at this point you just have to wait for your periods to occur

The last time I had my regular period was last April this year, then I didn't had my period on the month after. Last June I had my period but it was just a small amount of blood and it never came since July. I've noticed that my stomach was getting bigger each day. It is important to know when going about looking for a natural way to fix a loose vagina that you target the correct area. And Vaginal looseness.--------------------------- PERFORMING PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES: 1.Begin by emptying your bladder. 2.Tighten the pelvic floor muscles and hold for a count of 10.3.Relax the muscles completely for a count of 10.4.Do 10 repetitions, 3 to 5 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). You can do these exercises at any time and place. Most people prefer to do the exercises while lying down or sitting in a chair. After 4 to 6 weeks, most people notice some improvement. It may take as long as 3 months to see a major change. After a couple of weeks, you can also try doing a single pelvic floor contraction at times when you are likely to leak (for example, while getting out of a chair). A word of caution: Some people feel that they can speed up the progress by increasing the number of repetitions and the frequency of exercises. However, over-exercising can instead cause muscle fatigue and increase urine leakage. If you feel any discomfort in your abdomen or back while doing these exercises, you are probably doing them wrong. Breathe deeply and relax your body when you do these exercises. Make sure you are not tightening your stomach, thigh, buttock, or chest muscles. When done the right way, pelvic floor muscle exercises have been shown to be very effective at improving Vaginal looseness.------------------------ 3. Exercise, Sweat, Exercise, Sweat Do explore other forms of exercise too, like yoga for strengthening your core muscles which together will help keep your pelvic floor muscles tighter for longer. 4. A Healthy Diet – Fruits, Vegetables, Juices, Smoothies To keep the muscles in your body strong, you don’t just need exercise, you also need to feed the muscle correctly daily to ensure its correct growth and repair. So, ensure you get a healthy diet full of wholegrain organic carbohydrates, organic lean animal protein (excellent muscle builder), and organic fruits and vegetables if you wish to keep your vaginal muscle healthy and strong. To all the women out there who currently have vaginal looseness, don’t fret, there is so much you can do about it starting today.
