I am 27 years old. I am so skinny since my childhood. I have tried lot of things like home remedies or the weight gainers. But I have received any good result. I still have 53 kg weight in 27 age. I am male.

According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want. Then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. For medicine I need you more history.

I am loosing my hair rapidly. My hair is a bit curly and after washing with oil or shampoo it remains absolutely dry as if I didn't use any thing. Please suggest me something to prevent this.

Hair loss happens due to various reasons and to treat it correctly the cause has to be known. There are temporary and permanent types of bair loss. You can try taking a multivitamin supplement with iron and zinc for a month to see if it helps. If your hair loss does not reduce with this you should consult a trichologist for further investigation as early treatment is the key to successful results in hair loss. Hair follicles once damaged or dead are difficult to be revived back so do not waste much time on trying shampoos or oils instead look for internal causes of hair loss. Have a healthy balanced diet and include sprouts, green tea, almonds, walnuts and flaxseeds and leafy greens in your diet. Avoid red meat, ghee, cheese, butter, smoking, fried food and sweets. Exercise regulary to improve the blood circulation to your scalp.

Yes, there is. It happens because of dehydration when we are chronically dehydrated, our body becomes unresponsive to cues to digest food. Our stomach quits producing acid to break the food down in our gut. The food in our gut is at a stand still. Our bodies become acidic when our stomach is not breaking down food properly. Mouth ulcers and acne are results of the gut not functioning properly.

HDL: 28 (minimum 30) LDL: 484 (minimum 200) Total cholesterol: 284 (minimum 200) My Age is 36. Height: 5.10 I am doing regular walk/ jogg exercise. Strict Diet. Reduced oily and sweet completely My weight reduced to 3 KGS in 20 days. I cme down to 79.5 from 82.5 Last Cholesterol check was 20 days back. Can I check lipid profile now. hi lipid profile repeat once in three months only can see the changes..so wait for two months.. but after two months u can check it. after two months definitely it make changes in your LDL bcos you lost weight and also following strict diet and regular exercise..

Hi, I have issue with sleeping time. Due to winter my sleeping schedule has been changed. In winters I usually wake at 8 but back in summers my schedule was 4 am and now I am unable to wake up 4: 00 am and also I sleep at 12 am whereas earlier I used to sleep at 10: 00 to 10: 30 pm. Kindly advice as I feel irritated and I always try to wake up on time but failed after few days.

You are habituated to sleep for at least 6 hours but now you sleep at 12 so it is difficult to wake up. You better sleep at 10 and see that you can wake up at 4.

The average penis length is: ? about 5-10cm (2.5 to 4 inches) when limp ? about 12-19cm (5 to 7 inches) when erect (hard) Here?s slightly different stretching workout you can try as well. ? Grasp the tip of your ?manhood? with one hand. Hold it firmly but focus on not causing yourself any discomfort. ? Use your other hand to place thumb at base of your penis. ? Then start to pull it away until you feel that stretch in it. ? Hold this position for around 10-15 seconds, then release. ? Have a short break and then repeat this whole process again. You can continue doing this for 2,5 up to 5 minutes in one session. apply on small quantity of balaveerya taila it?s a herbal oil and its helpful to increase the blood flow and size and ashwagandha arista 3 times a day 15ml ? My advice: You can do one or two sessions during the day

I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the face and follow up on completion and for a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
