Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- asterias rub 30 (3 drops four times a day) berberis aquifolium q (10 drops three times a day in half cup water) make a gap of 15 mins between above medicines. Do not take any thing half an hr before and after the medicine. Take medicine for one month. With medicine eat healthy diet including salad twice a day with meal. Drink lots of water. Prefer skimmed milk and milk products. Avoid strong tea and coffee. Avoid too much of these also. Drink grern tea 3-4 cups daily. Use mild face wash. Wash face with plain water twice a day. It removes extra oil from face. Do not use any cream on face. Use mild moisturiser. When going out cover facd with cloth. It protect you from dust. Avoid junk food and fried things. Avoid cold drinks. Avoid sweets and all bakery products. Avoid too much non veg. Avoid touching face. Take 8 hrs good sleep. Do these. Consult after 15 days for follow up.

Hi,This weakness may be result of any nutritional deficiency, after any acute illness or stress may also be one of the reason. take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Hye thanks for the query. You can do any exercise in order to burn fats or stay fit. It is important that you enjoy it and are able to manage it at least 3-5 times a week depending on how strenuous your work out is. You can do yoga, strength training, aerobics, swimming, jogging or even indulge in sports like football or an enjoyable activity like dance. The idea is to stay physically active. Lastly the technique of any exercise be it the seemingly simple brisk walking is also important. And don't forget stretching and warm up before any exercise in order to avoid injuries.

What are the main reasons for diabetes. Please conform me once whether prediabetes patient will get surely diabetes.
Mr. Lybrate-user, diabetes mellitus occurs due to either lack of insulin or resistance to its action or both. This is true with t2 dm. In t1 diabetes there is no insulin production by beta cells of pancreas, usually due to autoimmune problem. There are anti bodies against beta cells. T2 dm is a familial disease. If both parents have diabetes then 75% of off-springs are likely to it. It is also a preventable disease. Persons with pre diabetic stage can prevent or delay developing of diabetes by adapting a healthier life style. 1) maintain normal weight, avoid central obesity (fat around abdomen), 2) adapt an active life style, exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walk is ideal, 3) take a proper balanced diet, avoiding deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, sweetened aerated drinks, high fat milk products and highly processed foods. 4) refrain from alcohol and smoking 5) maintain a bmi <23 kg /m2.8) consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits.

Hello. Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with Luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) The best remedy is sitting in "Prithivi Mudra" for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb , while keeping rest of the three fingers straight ) Another tip is that the best time for breakfast is after the sunrise till 2 and half hrs of sunrise (for example if the sunrises at 6:00AM in your city then the best time is 6:00AM till 8:30AM) Thanks.

My hair are not so dense and are very thin. Slowly they are decreasing in amount specially from the front above the forehead and when I comb my hair with oil applied the scalp is visible and and it looks very odd. I want a permanent solution to stop this decrease in hair and need to take serious actions as my age is very less.

Apply an oil with Sabal serulata (homoeopathy)... Excellent results...and change your shampoo... Add a multivitamin and multimineral tablet... Also should be considered whether you have any stress, whether psychological or physical... etc... so that a proper internal medicine can be prescribed...

Do health check ups.Do regular exercise.Follow proper diet.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Take plenty of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Eat small amount of food But don't skip meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These are basic but for more quick result consult me privately on Lybrate.

You will have to restrict things which precipitate the attack. It can be chocolate, egg, fish, deodorant, flowers, mosquito repellent, smoke, ground nuts, cashewnut, etc. Do yoga, breathing e exercises.
