Yes definitely you need complete course of rabipure with Inj TT with Equirab. Start as early as possible.

I am allergic to cold, dust,aerosols. I am 24 years old. I am not gaining weight, no fat in my body. I am like this from my childhood. Not able to eat more or sufficient. What should I do/take to gain weight.

Dear friend best way to prevent illness from allergy is reducing exposure to allergens. Regarding weight gain and appetite, more info of age, height, weight and thorough physical examination is needed.

No not needed. DPT will protect him from tetanus. But just look for signs of infection like swelling or fever or loss of appetite.
