I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my weight has gone up from 72kg to 82kg. I want to lose my weight.
Hyena,  Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Hello- There is nothing wrong in your penis, the thing that needs to be corrected is your dressing style. Place the penis in underwear in its most comfortable position, wear briefs instead of trunks for proper positioning and wear loose outer clothes for proper ventilation on genital areas. Your problem will be solved.

*To control the oily secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive oily secretion on face So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging. Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. * * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. *You can apply cucumber juice or mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water. * you can rub a piece of cucumber daily on your face for 5 minutes.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens as your age is now 17 years so your number will increase little now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik after age of 18 years.

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost. ***If you do not get results with this treatment then please revert me i will suggest you to go through some tests.*** Thanks.

Cold Weather Care for the Best Penis Health!

MD - General Medicine

Cold Weather Care for the Best Penis Health!

When cold weather comes calling, so does the dry skin. Sales of lotion skyrocket, and sometimes even a ridiculous amount of lotion on the hands, arms or anywhere else feels like a losing battle against the dry air. But the good news is that there are several things a man can do for cold weather care, not only to enhance his usual penis care but to make his skin feel better in general.

It's important to remember that sometimes, the very nature of winter means that a guy will face dry skin - it's not anything he's doing wrong. The very cold air naturally pulls moisture from the skin. Add in any sort of wind and suddenly, the skin feels so dry it's begging for lotion or any other type of moisture - it's why so many people obsessively lick their lips when they are out and about in the wintertime. And the things a person must wear to stay warm, such as the thick layers of wool and cotton, also contribute to rubbing against the skin, which only exacerbates a dry skin situation.

Here's how to make the best of those wintertime issues and maintain great penis health:

1. Get clean the proper way. One of the first lines of defense against dry skin is ensuring that it starts out moisturized in the first place. That can be achieved with a good soapless cleanser, one that promises to clean the skin but not strip it of the natural oils it needs to hold moisture inside. Look for a cleanser that contains natural ingredients, so there is no chance of harsh chemicals sneaking their way into the daily shower.

2. Moisturize immediately. Upon coming out of the shower, pat the penis dry. Never rub, as this encourages loss of oils that the delicate skin needs to keep. Then apply a good moisturizer to the penis and surrounding area. This should include vitamin E or Shea butter, as these are excellent natural hydrators. Choosing a crème that contains both is the best way to go. Remember, you should also have a separate crème or lotion to use on other parts of the body to help keep them soft as well.

3. Choose layers wisely. No one would ever expect a guy to avoid the layers during the coldest of wintertime. That's why a guy should always reach for the heavy coats, jackets and other layers, but make sure that what actually touches his skin is something soft and suitable for keeping things comfortable. Look for comfortable underwear made of cotton, and if it is a wicking material, even better. Long underwear should always be made of soft cotton.

4. Keep the air moist. Keep a home more comfortable by investing in a good humidifier that can run constantly in the background during the winter months. This adds moisture back into the dry air, which in turn keeps the place feeling as comfortable as if it were the not-so-hot days of summertime. A guy should take the time to figure out the best settings for the humidifier that keep his home as comfortable as possible.

In addition to these measures, a guy should look for a top-notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) to help him fight winter dryness. Cold weather care demands Shea butter and vitamin E, as already mentioned, but it also needs to include alpha lipoic acid, which fights the signs of aging, and vitamin C, which is the 'miracle vitamin' that helps fight off all sorts of bacterial issues. Finally, don't forget the wonders of vitamin B5, which helps enhance healthy tissue and fight off the evidence of dry skin.

My grandfather is suffering with diabetes what food is good for him. Give some suggestions.
Mr Bisma, For a person with diabetes a balanced diet is to be given, which should provide exact calories based on his ideal body weight (IBW), blood sugar levels and extent of physical activity. He should avoid sweets, direct sugar and jaggery, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Also should refrain from alcohol and smoking.
