Hi Having pain at left side of chest, is always alarming, but it's associated with many other Differential Diagnosis, For that we should get to know many parameters As Your health status- eating habits Your addiction- alcohol, smoking Work stress status - IT job or other Exercise status- your daily activities and exercise like running cycling etc Lab reports as" Lipid profile" etc Which will give us exact knowledge about your present scenario and accordingly we can decide weather its Cardiac origin or there is any other reason, Mainly DD of left side chest pain may include -Gastritis -Muscle sprain / cramps due to Low calcium - local muscular injury or Ribs trauma - insomnia leading to acidity - Cardiac origin - lung infections - pneumonia or pneumonitis -dehydration conditions leading to low electrolyte level And many more Please consult to your nearest doctor for more detailed evaluation of your condition NEVER IGNORE CHEST PAIN AT ANY TIME ANY CONDITION.

Prevent Heart Disease And Blockage

Heart disease refers to a group of conditions that decrease the health and functionality of the heart muscle.

Cardiovascular disease is an umbrella term used to denote diseases of the blood vessels, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and congenital defects that affect cardiovascular efficacy.

The major blood vessels which supply the heart muscle with blood are called coronary arteries. Coronary artery disease is diagnosed when the coronary arteries become damaged or weakened.

The most prevalent cause of coronary artery disease is the accumulation of arterial plaque deposits along the linings of the blood vessels and the heart muscle. This has been linked to high LDL cholesterol levels as well as oxidation of blood lipids.

Arterial plaque is comprised by cholesterol, waste from cells, fatty substances like triglycerides, calcium and a clotting agent called fibrin. When plaque deposits increasingly constrict arterial flow over time, the heart has to work harder to get blood delivered throughout the circulatory system.

Hi lybrate-user You seems to be thin, as Having 185 cm height and only 55 kg weight. For weight gain in proper size and shape, you must consult your near by dietitian Who can cater you perfect diet plan as per your daily requirement. Taking only protein supplements will not help in size and shape increase. Get expert advice for better results.

I want increase my arms muscles .So that i am going to gym. What kind of vegetables I have to take?
As you going gym, you need to follow the high protein diet. In vegetables you can try Peas.- excellent protein boost with handfull of peas Spinach. .with protein it givens huge amount of antioxidants and minerals too Kale. .can be used in morning breakfast food salad Broccoli- boiled and salted bowl, it gives huge amount of minerals and antioxidants Sprouts.-can be taken in many varieties as sandwiches, salad or soups etc, they are rich in proteins Mushrooms.-it makes delicious and tasty meals in different combinations. So it should be a sure part of your diet Corn :-its best source of protein with high fibers and best form is to eat fresh or boiled. Extra you can add up Brussel Sprouts. Artichokes. Hi lybrate-user Purslane is richest source of Omega 3 fatty acids and OXALATE minerals. It also has ALA which prevents Cardiac diseases But as you are pregnant, this Purslane will NOT BE ADVISABLE to you. As it can increase uterine contractions. And Can lead to miscarriage. So better avoiding PURSLANE in pregnancy.
