Reduce oily food, junk food etc and increase fibre in your diet, invest atleast 30 mins a day for cardio, all the best.

Hi , while we do empathize with you, know that adding muscle is beneficial for your long-term good health as opposed to adding fat. To be able to do this, you would need to incorporate foods that are dense in both nutrients and calories along with a good exercise plan. We would be happy to carve out a personalized meal and exercise plan for you along with strategies and guidelines.

YOu can upload the repot on this site personally. A normal result is 0.7 to 1.3 mg/dL for men and 0.6 to 1.1 mg/dL for women. Women usually have a lower creatinine level than men. This is because women usually have less muscle mass than men.

Know how many carbohydrates you are eating and how often you have them. Managing your carbohydrates can help keep your blood sugar under control. Choose high-fiber carbohydrates, such as green vegetables, fruit, beans, and whole grains.

Hello! go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, dal & products, mushroom etc. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat ((almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items. Must consult a dietician for personalised diet plan.

Lybrate-user healthy food is the best best medicine for healthy body you should start eating small frequent energy dense meals instead of 3 large meal like stuffed paranthas with curd\ whole eggs\spoon full of desi ghee in dal or with roti, paneer, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc have shakes of fruits with added nuts drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Manage stress do some moderate intensity exercises for 30 minutes daily. Have positive body image appreciate your self quit smoking or drinking if any Take sound sleep of 7-9 hour keep your self motivated as it not going to happen overnight consult me privately for customized diet plan as per your needs.

You could start by slowly increasing your food intake. Incorporate more of proteins and fats in your diet, but avoid junk foods. Have a healthy diet having pulses, milk, soy, etc and if you are a non vegetarian it will also help a lot. Taking the ayurvedic medicine narasimha rasayana or chyavanaprasha - 1 tablespoon with milk at night will also help a lot.

Now im joined in a gym. Sir I interest to use creatine powder. Its harm for our body? How to remove the side effect of the creatine.

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Hye. Thank you for your query. Just because you started working out in the gym does not justify taking creatine supplement. Your workout does not justify that kind of requirement. First start working out right till you reach an intensity level, improve your diet- that's very crucial. You will only harm your body by giving it something it does not require.
