Tongue Cleaning is Important
Tongue cleaning is as important as brushing and flossing. Use of a proper tongue scraper every morning will remove tongue plaque and freshen your breath.

Hello dear, it seems you are facing problem of bleeding gums, it is not necessary that you have bleeding gums due to rashly done brushing but your gums may be swollen and your teeth may need scaling. Sometimes while doing brushing quickly or harshly the bristles of brush may cause injury to gingiva which may cause bleeding. My wisdom teeth is coming and causing lot of pain please suggest me what can I do.

BDS
Dentist, Mohali
My wisdom teeth is coming and causing lot of pain please suggest me what can I do.
Wisdom teeth come till 21 years of age. If it doesn't come out or partially come out then they cause problems in chewing due to pain as there is inflammation of gums surrounding the wisdom teeth. If there is no relief by mouthwashes and painkillers then they have to be removed either normally or surgically depending on the position of wisdom teeth in mouth. An x ray is usually required to have a look at position of roots in the bone surrounding the tooth. After diagnosing the problem dentist will give you appointment for removal of the tooth concerned. Dentist might prescribe you some antibiotics too depending upon the severity of infection.

I am facing tooth ache when I drink/eat cold and hot items. How to overcome this issue?
This could either be due to sensitivity of tooth due to loss of enamel or due to decay in teeth. Visit your dentist to check the cause of your prob n get treated accordingly. Meanwhile use a desensitizing toothpaste such as senquelf. Rub some of it onto to the tooth surface n wait for 5 mins before rinsing.
