Yes. Certainly those drugs will help to maintain your bpad under control. Your hair loss might be the side-effects of the drugs. In order to prevent major negative effects of the bpad, you have to bear with such minor side effects. It could also be a natural process of baldness.

Dear user. I can understand. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.

I try to sleep so that it will reduce in time but mostly it doesn't happen .I feel suffocated, heavy breathing, feels like my heart skipped a beat, my heart races! Sometimes even my head spins and eyes get strained. I even went for ecg but nothing came wrong everything was fine. Though I'm anemic. My blood count is 7.6 And I'm actually very weak in health, if I climb stairs I get exhausted in 1 min. I have low bp issues as well. I have actually noticed that when I get low bp I get anxiety more. And I'm only getting 5 hrs sleep. I always get up around 3 am. I'm really worried Please help me with my low bp issue, anxiety, sleeping problem and how should I increase my blood count (even though I am having dexorange but I don't feel it's helping, this anemic problem I had since childhood, when I first checked my blood count it was 14 in 2010, yearly it has reduced to 7.6)

Hello, I have serious anxiety issues, and I'm not able to cope up with it now. It mostly occurs during late night or ...
Your hemoglobin (7.6 g%) is very low. Low hemoglobin can cause exhaustion, dizziness, breathlessness on minor exertion, increased heart beats and sweating. In persons who are already anxious, these symptoms get amplified. You need to take oral Iron capsules as well as multivitamins everyday. You should also see a doctor immediately as they may be able to prescribe injections for iron. This will help to relieve your symptoms, although it will take time. Other than that, focus on your nutrition. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You can consult me for further management of anxiety.

Infertility And Its Impact On Mental Health!

Infertility And Its Impact On Mental Health!

For women, less than thirty five years of age, infertility is characterised as the powerlessness to conceive a child after one year of unprotected sex. For women matured thirty five to forty years, it is characterised as a failure to conceive after six months of unprotected sex. For women beyond forty years of age, it is the failure to conceive after three months of unprotected sex. Infertility is also, the powerlessness to conceive a pregnancy to term, for example, in cases of unfortunate miscarriage.

The reason for infertility is the problem on both genders; thirty percent is male related barrenness and 30 thirty percent is female related barrenness. However, it is not just a physical problem. Infertility can affect a woman’s mental health. This is how that is possible:

  1. Medicine reactions: Medications and hormones used to treat infertility may bring about many types of mental reactions. For instance, the engineered oestrogen clomiphene citrate (Clomid, Serophene), most of the time recommended because it enhances ovulation and increases the sperm creation. However, it may bring about nervousness, rest intrusions, mood swings, and crankiness women. These reactions have not yet been recorded in men. Other fertility medicines may bring about sorrow, madness, and irritation and concentration issues.
  2. Cash stressOnly a very few states and countries provide insurance for infertility treatment. Expenses of infertility medications are very high. For patients who do not have insurance, the scope or the way to pay for treatment, not having the capacity to acquire treatment may add to the feeling of helplessness and misery. Indeed, even patients with the insurance plan may find that copayments or restrictions on the plan mean they should pay huge sums out of their own pockets.
  3. Decisions and results: Overall, infertility medications help only some of the patients and they get to be parents. The mental health of those who cannot deteriorate because of their thought of getting older day by day. Patients who learn they are to end up being parents might be excited, additionally should figure out how to change in accordance with new patterns and ways, both during pregnancy and after pregnancy. Women who have endured various premature deliveries, for instance, are probably going to feel restless about whether they will have the capacity to convey to full term or not. More established couples might argue about whether to experience pre-birth testing, for example, amniocentesis.
  4. Sexual desires: Infertility can also influence a person’s sexual self-esteem, learning, and execution. Many couples have intercourse as an approach to relax. At the point when sex is interrupted with disappointment and dissatisfaction, couples may lose their passionate association. The weight to perform or to have sex because of infertility medications can disengage partners and separate couples. Fertility medicines additionally make sex less stressful, as it gets to be distinctly centred around fertility instead of entertainment. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.
