I feel very weak, why is it so? As I'm taking medicines, BT it getting me weak day by day. Please suggest some food from I can get energy.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the best!

I am 65 years old male .My BMI is between 19 and 22. My body structure is normal and my height is 170 cms and weight is 60 kgs. I used to walk in the normal speed for not less than 30 minutes at least five days in a week. These five days walk is sometimes continuously for 5 days in the mornings or sometimes in the alternate days. I am a type 2 diabetic and hypertension person for the past 3 years and it is kept under control with medicines. I am pure vegetarian. How can I control my knee pains developed during walking recently.

Knee pain may be due wear and tear n knee joints according to your age, in association with chronic disease. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines which I won't recommend. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hi, my muscles are very soft, muscles are more of cellulite (feel like water filled in them) even though I do hard exercises they r not becoming hard, I doubt whether is this due to water retention in my body or this is due to low testosterone as I have grade 3 bilateral varicocele, also I get easily dents on body muscles, I am very much concerned, pls solve my problem.

In order to get strong muscle tone you can do more exercise and it has nothing to do with varicocele. You can try having high protein diet and then go for rigorous exercises.

For weight gain, no need to take any kind of medicine you should focus on your dietary pattern, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories like pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins can take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. Go for exercise. Include more protein rich food in your diet as well as carbohydrate intake. You should take frequent meal, include combination of dry fruits, seeds in your diet.
