Hello. You must discontinue working out till the pain is there. Later can resume after some gap, but right now not to do. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Hi your symptoms r more suggestive of planter fascitis. Avoid bare feet walking. Stretching exercises. Local heat. Good sports shoes with heel cushion. Reduce wt.

Dear lybrate-user basic principles need to be followed. So you have to do warm up and cool down to prevent sports injuries. Start slowly and gradually build up your goal. Also do yoga which will prevent sports injuries by making your joints strong.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young and have pain at multiple joints. I need to understand whether you have any other symptoms like morning stiffness etc? also have you got any investigations done for you like blood tests or any radiological investigations? if you can get cbc, esr, crp and serum vitamin d tests ( all tests to be done empty stomach) and send all reports across to me, then I can see and advise you accordingly. Till that time: - maintain proper posture at home and at workplace - do intensive physical therapy, you can start initially under supervision of a physical therapist - take a short course of any anti-inflammatory medication which suits you. Do let me know your test results so that I can guide you further. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

I feel giddiness since one month First one to two days I felt stiffness and pain in my neck, I thought it may be cervical spondylosis but after that I never felt anything abnormal in neck portion I feel only giddiness in morning and evening time and in this situation whenever I got checked my BP it is 10 higher means 130/80 or 120/90 Please suggest me possible treatment.

Hello Lybrate user. Giddiness or dizziness is only symptoms .ther are may reasons .it can be associated to cervical spondylosis and also can be of BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, bppv lasts abt 40 t0 60 second .if it goes more than 60 sec than it other kind of vertigo. Proper examination is key to success. Schedule a consultation to neuro or Ent specialist. If they find it BPPV epleys maneuver will works for this.

Consume, plenty of salad, fruits, sprouts in lunch, take, oats, green tea in d breakfast. Take, bottle gourd. You need to learn spinal extension exercises from a trained physiotherapist and do them under his/her supervision for atleast a week before going solo.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings.
