Hello dear in case you have body pain, first all the physical possibilities or causes should be ruled out by undergoing certain basic investigations and taking up the medications accordingly apart from putting ointments. In case there is no relief, psychological possibilities may be considered and treated accordingly as psychological issues also may give rise to such kind of bodily pain.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

You change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, junk, spasy foods. Take simple veg home made food if possibal in hotel take different dal green vegitabales, chapati, salad some times your choice will do. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help asi adviceto you within 6 month 10 kg you will reduce. Note -- do not over eat take less as you fill hungery.

Nothing special. She should take balanced diet. Add fruits and vegetables and beans and nuts. Whatever you feel like eating and whatever is available and accessible can be eaten. If some specific problem persists then the diet can be modified e. G. If you have anemia then add dates, jaggery, red meat, green leafy vegetables ground nut, cauliflower etc. Regards.

I feel good early in the morning and after that in evening I feel my self hurted and lazy.

Laziness is identified by poor nutrition. Nowadays lifestyle drives people to taking snacks and junk foods that can lead to overweight which inturn lead to laziness. Normally during morning people will feel fresh like you do but as the day passes laziness develops because of working schedule. No physical activity. Many other things that are like poor diet, lack of the vitamins and minerals, and insufficient exercise lead to lack of energy that also contributes to your general feeling of laziness. So to avoid this please follow the points: 1. Regular meditation. 2. Exercises that keeps your cvs system well and healthy like walking, jumping, squatting, skipping etc. 3. If possible for for cycling or fast walking early morning. 4. Have food good in nutrition like vitamins/ minerals. 5. Excessive intake of water as it removes metabolic toxins from body and keep your fit and healthy. 6. Stay calm and patience. Good luck and have a healthy life.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Add amla in diet and do 30mints of exercise and deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right.

My bro is 23 years old and he has 1 knee pain since from 1 years he did all tests bone test all ok nerve test all ok muscle test all ok now we and even Doctors are unable to understand the pain cause and there is swelling also he can not even fold his leg properly since 5 months he is in medication still no effect all type of treatment has been performed please now you suggest us whats the problem?

Change your brothers daily food. Add calcium vitamines minirales end proteins vegitabales salad dry fruites etc. Give him R COMPOUND TABLET 2 in morning with breakfast 2 after lunch end w after dinner for 1 month than reduce 2 tablet after lunch end 2 after dinner. For 3 month. use knee caps. Massege MIISTOL OIL on knees. Reduce weight will also help to reduce pain. Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. 1. Avoid raw eggs as it can cause gastric problems due to samonella bacteria. 2. Milk, oats and banana are fine but avoid honey since it has lot of sugar based calories. 3. If you are doing regular weight training then have regular food with lots of fruits, veggies and proteins from dals, beans, chicken, eggs etc. 4. Do not overeat just because you are doing weight training. A lot of people start consuming huge amount of food just because of going to gym and increase their tummies instead of increasing biceps. 5. Try to match your diet as per your workouts.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Dear to gain weight diet is the primary factor and it's important to be in positive energy balance so to gain weight. Taking only 3 meals per day will not be enough to gain weight, eat meal at frequent intervals. Include high calorie foods in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts, cheese and yoghurt so to be in positive energy balance and gain weight the healthy way.

Tk calcium and do hot fermentation and avoid strain for 2 days. Apply pain relief ointment. Put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 sec then release repeat 10 time. And quadriceps exercise in gradually process for strength.
