Aapke mouth me bar bar ulcer ho jate hai you must ,know the cause of ulcer in mouth main reason is Hurry Worry and curry deficiency of vitamins, especially B12 and C Poor dental hygiene,- Food allergies, Stress, Hormonal imbalance. You need to visit dental surgeon for scaling and polishing of teeth maintain good digestion and oral hygiene .apply boroglycerine and take precautions. Maintain good oral hygiene. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush. Use ice water of and on. Chew a few basil or tulsi leaves.- Apply little honey onto the mouth ulcer or mix in a little turmeric to make a paste that can be applied to the affected area. Honey helps to retain moisture and prevent dehydration. It also helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. Reduce your stress levels by activity that you find relaxing, such as yoga, meditation or exercise.

What to do to reduce the mouth odour? What measures should be taken to overcome it?
Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - see your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I am suffering from mouth ulcer from 1 month. What to do? Please help it's very painful.
Ulcers generally take 1-2weeks to heal completely. recurrent ulcers can be due to local mouth conditions such as rough teeth surface or rough mouth appliances or dentures n cheek bites. It can also b due to General nutrtional deficiency, digestion prob, work pressure n stressful lifestyle etc. Certain bacterial n viral infections also cause ulcers. Treatment: start on multivitamin tabs which includes vit c n iron supplements if ur hb% levels r low. Apply dologel oral ointment on ulcers thrice daily. Avoid spicy n oily food, alcohol, tea n coffee. Drink plenty of water n hv fibrous n citrous foods. Visit dentist to rule out oral factors responsible for ulcers.

Hi lybrate-user. Yes you can get a treatment for your malallign d teeth but you hv to be more patient wih the attainment of the results you desire for your self as your growth age has been passed and now your dwntist would have to use a bit more complex treatment to move your teeth within your jaw bones. Bt no worrys it still is possible due to the advancements in tecnologies and procedures now a days. I wud advice you to visit your dentist a hve a complete discussion with him or her becaus every patient has different needs and profile in their mind according to which your doctor has to plan the treatment. Hello Lybrate user, coffee or tea are also important reason for such stain in fact green tea also causes staining of our teeth. I would suggest you to visit a dentist and go for scaling i.e cleaning of teeth surface once and from now onwards whenever you have these drinks or any colored drinks try to swiss and rinse. Hope this helps.
