Fever with cough and breathlessness and also blood test showed low WBC count are few symptoms of swine flu and we need to give symptomatic treatment first and if necessary we will start with tamiflu

Dear,can you please mention the unit. Why did you get your calcium levels checked? What symptoms are you having? Please do remember that we treat you and not the reports. However it does seem that your calcium levels may be on the lower side of normal. Not all low calcium levels are due to low vitamin d.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Hi take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. And pranacharya sheetal syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

its only Hyperacidity. constipation is one common cause or irregular food habits, irregular sleeping habits, junk food, taking lot of chilies, tea, coffee etc., anxiety are some of the other causes. see what is causing in your case and take corrective steps. in general to reduce acidity follow the measures like taking plenty of water atleast 2.5 to 3 litres in a day regularly, avoid junk food and outside food. take only home cooked food. for some reason if you need to take outside food take hot food meaning direct from the pan or freshly cooked food. avoid all the road side food. have some physical activity like morning walk/jogging/yoga/dancing etc., daily. maintain regular sleeping hours. with all these steps if you are still having problem or if you are constipated come back for further advise. good luck

Hi, what causes not to sleep on daily basis, check whether you take some medication without Dr. Prescription, or any depression, or any physical injuries. You have sleep in same timing like 9 to 10 pm without giving any excuse. Take your supper before 7.30 pm try warm milk before bed, read any solid boring books like history or other subjects, which you feel boring, do deep breathing very slowly for 5 mins, do count from 100 to 1 with full concentration on numbers. Wake up at 5.30 pm. Do 45 mins exercise, never sleep or nap in the afternoon, be positive that you will get sleep. Tell to yourself consciously that you are getting sleep. Do all the above for 21 days with any break. If the above suggestions are not working out, don't sleep for whole night as well as day. You will sure get the sleep on the next day night.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. What is the symptoms of malaria.
Malaria is a life-threatening disease transmitted through bite of anopheles mosquito infected with a plasmodium parasite. The parasites travel to the liver, where they mature and infect red blood cells. Symptoms of malaria develop within 1-4 weeks following the infection. Like: high fever with shaking chills profuse sweating headache nausea/vomiting diarrhea/bloody stools anemia muscle pain seizures coma dragging heavy sensation in abdomen (enlarged spleen). Symptoms may appear in cycles. Episodes of symptoms may occur every 48 hours in infection with p. Vivax or p. Ovale. This cycle of symptoms is also one of the major signs that you are infected with malaria.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild to moderate fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children or adolescents or during a viral illness. -An individual with a fever should be kept comfortable and not overdressed. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further.wear loose fitting clothes. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths are a home remedy that may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause anyone to become very dehydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals during fever..avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently every day with soap and warm water f especially before meals, or after you have returned from a public place or used public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly
