You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. You can opt for ELISA based tests for HIV which is done normally. For confirmation, you can go for Immunofluorescent Antibody Assay, its expensive.

Hi, I note that you are 18 years of age. This would be best addressed by a thorough assessment by psychiatrist who will enquire as to how long you had this problem, whether your studies been affected throughout school years because of this issue and if you have any other problems or fears or worries along with this. A whole lot of similar questions need to be asked to understand your problem before appropriate advise can be provided. It is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. I have been taking 25mgs of paxil from 3 years but panic attacks were frequent and to deal with them I had to use propapronol and klonopin. Recently though I consulted with my psychiatrist and he put me on prozac 20 mg now increased to 80 mg a day in the start my anxiety shot up but after 2 months that is today I feel ok. Although my concern being I feel to low on energy and get exhausted very frequently also face problem in decision making sitting still and quite and conversing deeply. I do face queryical ocd and agoraphobia where coming out of my comfort zone being close to my home ofc and city and close to my parents makes me comfortable else I feel anxious. Is there a proper line of treatment to be followed.

Hi Medications such as prozac and paxil which are classed as SSRIs are commonly used medications to treat anxiety disorders, ocd and depression. It is good to note that your condition improved with higher dose of prozac. However, the anxiety symptoms are still not satisfactorily resolved. For further improvement it would be a good idea to combine psychological therapy along with medications. Through this you will be able to learn how to manage your anxiety in the long run.

I would advise you to get a simple blood check done for CBC, Haemoglobin ,thyroid etc so that we can rule out any deficiency / hormonal issue. As far as diet & exercise is concerned, you can follow the basic rules. Weight gain needs patience and happens gradually with improved appetite and sensible eating. Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Stop packed and outside foods. Stay more on fruits, vegetables, legumes nuts & seeds. Reduce intake of sugar, oil, salt, milk products, rice and wheat based food. Have 30 mins of cardio daily. Have 13 hrs gap between dinner and next breakfast.
