Pros: 1. It makes you feel fresh for at least an hour or two of drinking tea. 2. It is a great way to socialise with people. 3. It help you to concentrate sometimes when your mind is running wayward. Cons: 2. You may become psychologically and physically dependent on it. Many times, you experience headache or low energy if you don't have tea for a whole day. 3. If you take sugar with tea, it adds on extra empty calories everytime you have tea.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Dear, you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. 1.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 2.Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning. 3. Do fasting once a week.

1. Most important thing is take lots of rest as a routine part of your life. Sleep for atleast 8 hours 2. Limit your screen life. Take breaks while working on computer and wash eyes frequently with cold water. 3. Wash your face twice with a good cleanser like tea tree face wash and use soothing toner like rose water or tea tree after that. 4. Use kojic acid based cream below eyes for atleast 4 months.

Have pleasant meals: meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore, research conducted by professors brian wansink and koert van ittersum at cornell university suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

Hello lybrate-user underweight could be cause of improper food habits, lack of nutritious food, over eating, genetic problem, any mental stress, lack of adequate sleep etc rx kusmanda rasayana 1tsp_0_1tsp with luke warm milk b/f sogadeberina sharabattu 10ml _0_10 ml with one cup water morning and evening.
