My lower hip area is paining like hell I cannot bend it pains badly so what should I do to get rid of that pain?
Apply hot fomentation avoid bending forward activities avoid lifting heavy weights like bucket of water etc avoid long standing while sitting back should be well supported & use footrest do back isometrics- keep a roll of towel under your lower back then press your downwards, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily bridging- lie down, fold your knees, lift your back upwards, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times twice daily slr- lie down, raise your leg straight upto 30-45 degrees, hold for 3 sec then relax, 10 times each leg twice daily.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

I am 43 year old and feeling pain in my right hand joint shoulder during the excercise with right hand from few days....
Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Take medication with consultant Orthopaedicas, avoid rich protein diet like daal, Chana, non veg etc. then after 2-3 months again check. For pain do warm foamentation/ ice pack which suits.

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Shoulder pain can be a result of injury or disease of the shoulder joint. Injury can affect any of the ligaments, bursae, or tendons surrounding the shoulder joint. Injury can also affect the ligaments, cartilage, menisci and bones of the joint. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes, three or four times a day for two to three days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel (putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite). Rest the shoulder and avoid any movements that might cause pain. Simple shoulder exercises can help to stretch and strengthen muscles and rotator cuff tendons. A physiotherapist can show you how to do them properly. Please consult a physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your condition. Bet wishes.

Is cervical spondylitis requires any medications or neck muscle exercise and oil massaging is enough?

1.Increase intake of oily foods that are easily digested, sweet things, purified butter, vegetable soups, milk and almonds. 2.Avoid rice, refined flour, kidney beans, and other foods that cause flatulence. 3.Avoid physical and mental exertion. 4.Get a good night’s sleep. 5.Have regular, gentle body massage with lukewarm sesame oil. 6.Dhanurasan and Ujjai Pranayam are highly recommended for cervical pains. 7.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 8.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 9.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily...

Dear, if you're nature of job is table work, then adjust your table and chair properly. Take frequent breaks after every 30 min. Do back stretching and strengthening exercises.

Hi my right leg knee is paining too much (like stiffing) since 3 months while getup from bed in morning everyday and also while sitting down for more than 15min etc and also im having Uric acid problem since 2years, but now I consult the orthopedist before 1.5month my uric acid level is 5.9 I taken the medicines, ointment for pain but im having severe pain in back side of the knee. Hello lybrate user do knee joint smooth and pain free exercises. Either uric acid level is high exercises prevent stiffness. Avoid raw tomatoes, palak, cheese, blackgram less quantities of cereals in meal. Plenty of water intake.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.
