You need to see a dentist urgently. Simple cavities can be treated with simple fillings. And if you wait for long you may have severe pain and need to under go root canal treatment or even extraction.

Hi, You should reduce your weight upto 75 - 78 kgs. You should include exercise in your daily routine as well as require some diet modifications . Increase protein intake like legumes/ dals/ nonveg, reduce fatty / oily foods and avoid sugars also. Increase salad intake and eat every 3-4 hourly in moderation.

Hello, You have not mentioned for how long you are not having your periods. Sometime periods can stop due to anxiety arising out of change of place which seems to be in your case. If you are not sexually wait for some time you will have your periods. If you dont have periods even after 2 to 3 months then get you thyroid profile and consult with result.

Regularly eating more of unwanted calories and there has to be an underlying disease like diabetes or kidney disease or hypothyroidism and which can cause increase in triglycerides levels.

Liquor has excess carbohydrates which get stored as fat in the body if not converted to energy by exercise / walks. It is also referred to empty calories as there is no nutrition associated with liquor. Sugar is another thing which is referred to as empty calories.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 23 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

Life style modification. Small frequent meal take one plate salad before each meal eat slowly take 1-2 missi roti in each meal no ghee on roti. Fruit inbetween meal no banana nmango cheeku leechi and grapes no fruity juice at all. Brisk walking 30 min/ day. Avoid tension. Three months you will get good results.

Symptoms: Low back pain that travels to the buttock, leg, and foot (sciatica)

Sciatica includes any combination of the following symptoms:

Pain typically is ongoing (as opposed to flaring up for a few days or weeks and then subsiding)
Pain may be worse in the leg and foot than in the lower back
Typically felt on one side the buttock or leg only
Pain that is usually worse after long periods of standing still or sitting: relieved somewhat when walking

Hi How can external applications help if the cause is internal? Take medicines Aquifolium (Medisynth) 10drops in 1/4th cup of water twice a day berberis aqui q 10 drops in 1/4th cup of water drink thrice a day. And do check out if you are having dandruff. Bcoz this may be the reason behind having pimples on face .Avoid junkfood,spicy ,fried food. Drink plenty of water (3-4liters /per day) minimum Eat salads everyday (carrots,cucumber,beetroot)
