Hello! I'm 24 years old male. I'm 5'3 and 60 kgs. My buttocks look too bulky. Also my thorax length and breadth are too short. My waist level is again high that is around 34 cms. You have a tendency to accumulate fat in belly & buttock area. Try doing kapalbhati & free hand exercises (abs exercises) - 30-60 mins. Daily which will definitely help you solve your problem. Avoid junk/ processed/ refined/ fried/ sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. Avoid sitting for an hr at a stretch. Have an active lifestyle.

Dear lybrate-user well, if you are vegetarian then best source of calcium is milk products. You can take protein powders and do weight bearing exercises. May be go to a gym and do weight training.

Body Contouring after weight loss

Moderate to massive weight loss by proper dieting and exercises and or following bariatric surgery leads to certain issues like rapid ageing, skin, and soft tissue laxity. moderate to gross wrinkling and folds of skin.

The excess stretched skin by itself can lead to social embarrassment and or health issues like a fungal infection in the skin folds, excoration, being forced to carry excessive weight which could lead to neck, shoulder, back and knee pains. There could also be associated divarication (separation of the abdominal muscles) or a hernia. Also is the inability to achieve the main purpose of able to wear proper fitting and trendy clothes.

Start tab. Ovral l from day 5 of periods every month for 6 cycles. Once tab stops in every cycle wait till you get periods. Start next pack from day 5. That will regularize your periods.

5 Health Tips that Prevent You Against Sports Injuries

Do you remember the last time you had a searing knee pain in the middle of your morning run? It was probably because you did not warm up properly. The incidence of injuries in various sports has gone up in the recent times, and it is mostly due to the lack of proper warm up exercises. However, other factors come into play as well, such as the pressure of increased workload on the current batch of athletes, missing a trick or two with the proper technique to be followed, etc.

In order to reduce the risk of an injury, it is advised to follow these simple tips:

  1. Set realistic goals for yourself: Don’t go overboard with anything that includes repetitively stressing and straining your body over a certain degree. If you are planning to go for a run or hit to the gym, make sure you set goals that you can sustain and find feasible. One example of this would be to not increase the amount of weight drastically while lifting weights as it can lead to serious injuries.

  2. Follow the right technique: Proper technique is very important in sports, a lack of which can lead to injuries. Ask your trainer to observe your form when you perform any activity. Focus on your breathing and posture when you are exercising.

  3. Warm up before you begin exercising: Warming up before you exercise or play a sport is important as it helps loosen your muscles and boost blood circulation. It drastically reduces the risks of sustaining injuries, and also prepares your body for the subsequent exercise.

  4. Cool down: Similar to an essential warm up is the need to cool down; it is another aspect that should not be ignored. Cooling down usually consists of stretches and postures that promote flexibility. The muscles become sore after working out. Stretching can help reduce post workout pain and make the joints flexible. Cooling down also helps in eliminating lactic acid from the muscles, which means less pain after exercise.

  5. Listen to your body: During an activity, if you feel that you can no longer carry on, terminate the activity. The chances of injury rise if you continue to push your body over your threshold limit. If you think that you can no longer carry on doing something without risking an injury, avoid doing it altogether. Listen to your body, and it shall never fail you.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Penis curved towards right or left or downward is always normal and this can be seen with majority of people. This mostly happen due to masturbation. People who use right hand for masturbation, their penis will be curved to the left and the opposite with left handlers. There are other reasons too. This phenomenon is quite normal and there is nothing to worry. In fact, curved penis will give you more pleasure when you engage in vaginal intercourse than straight penis simply because curvature provides more friction. Enjoy your curve. 1. You should take lycopodium 200, 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. 2. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, once a day. 3. Apply jaborandi hair oil (sbl) on your hair and scalp thrice in a week. 4. Wash the hair with montana herbal shampoo (sbl) 5. Take amla powder +seasame seed powder, 1-1 tsp both with water once daily. For colouring the white hair:- apply bakson's sunny hair colour (black and brown). Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally.
