Proper burping after feeds is very important. Regurgitation of milk is common .you should be worried if vomits high volume repeatedly and looses weight.

Iron supplements can cause black stools. Check if it is there in your mentioned list of drugs. If not passing black stools is abnormal and needs investigations.
