Hello sir, you have to follow good diabetic diet. Just have high protein, high fiber, low fat, low calorie diet. You should have idea about your carbohydrate counts. Sufficient water, every day 30-45 min physical activity or yoga, every day 10-15 min meditation, avoid tension and stress.

Hi, you not mentioned your height and weight, to burn your fat just be more active, every day do any physical activity or yoga at least for 30 -45 min. Do not eat unhealthy fatty foods, avoid more sweets, more vegetables, fruits whole grains and pulses, low fat dairy products, do not skip your meals, eat small and frequent meals, more water.

Hello,follow good food eating habits, eat 5-6 time meal regularly, do not skip breakfast, eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day, use whole grains and pulses, avoid unhealthy fatty food items, limit salty and maida food items. Do every day physical activity, yoga, walking etc.

Hi, just follow 5-6 time meal time per day, drink sufficient water every day, high calorie and high protein foods like whole cereals and whole pulses skimmed milk and milk products, lots of green leafy vegetables, avoid all deep fried foods and highly salted food items, more sweets and bakery items. Every day yoga or any physical activity for 30-45 min. Everyday.
