I have been suffering from cough n cold since long but it comes I take meds n it goes again it come. Hi, you are suffering from lower respiratory tract infection. It may not be tb as you don't have any other symptoms of tb like loss of weight, loss of appetite, evening rise of temparature, etc. Get cbc blood test done and even take out a chest x-ray and revert back with the reports.

Abdominal pain after taking potatoes
Potatoes contain the alkaloid, solanine which is extremely toxic. The ingestion of the potato can produce gastrointestinal pain and symptoms of diarrhea, bloating, gas, stomach cramps, headache, and dizziness. Solanine in potatoes can also cause hallucinations, loss of feeling and/or tingling in the body’s extremities, heart and liver damage, and small, itchy blisters on the skin. As the body metabolizes solanine from potatoes, it can produce amilic alcohol, which is a very toxic substance.
Some people have potato toxicity misidentified as “I B S” ( Irritable Bowel Syndrome), as they both have common manifestations of the effects on the gut. Some cases of potato toxicity have even been diagnosed as Crohn’s disease.

Swine flu symptoms 1. Fever, cough 2. Nasal congestion, sore throat 3. Headache, myalgia, fatigue, dyspnoea (shortness of breath) 4. Vomiting, diarrhea 5. Pneumonia and respiratory failure (in severe cases). Prevention 1. Avoid over crowding places and avoid contact with infected patients 2. Avoid sharing food, linen, utensil with infected patient 3. Frequently wash your hands with soap and water 4. Use face mask while going to crowed places 5. When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth/nose with tissue paper and dispose of used tissue paper promptly and carefully. Put them in a bag and throw in dust bin 6. Clean hard surfaces like door handle, electrical switches/taps/toilet flush/telephone receivers/computer key board etc frequently. 7. Frequently touched items like mobile/telephones etc should be cleaned with disinfectant.

From your symptoms it seems like a Meniscus tear or injury in your R.Knee but the confirmed diagnosis can be made only after MRI R.KNEE.A meniscus tear is a common knee injury. The meniscus is a rubbery, C-shaped disc that cushions your knee. Each knee has two menisci ,one at the outer edge of the knee and one at the inner edge. The menisci keep your knee steady by balancing your weight across the knee. A torn meniscus can prevent your knee from working right.A meniscus tear is usually caused by twisting or turning quickly, often with the foot planted while the knee is bent. Meniscus tears can occur when you lift something heavy or play sports. As you get older, your meniscus gets worn. This can make it tear more easily. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Dark colours (such as navy, black and dark red) absorb uv rays, and prevent them from reaching the skin better than white and light colours. However, closeness of the weave is still more important than colour of the fabric. Clothing that is loose rather than stretched across the skin is better.

I think that you are moving in hot suny day it's sunburn. Use spf30 sun screen lotion on face hands nack etc. Take 3 to 4 litter water in a day. Change in food add vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk products. Bath with pears soap.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

COUGH AND COLD.
Cough and cold are common in winter and should not be ignored.
Throat pain without cough is usually due to bacterial in origin and need medical
attention.
Soar throat with cough is usually viral in origin and require no antibiotics.
A red angry looking throat is a dangerous sign and need urgent medical attention.
Do not use aspirin for fever in children.
Warm saline gargles can be effective in soar throat.
Cough not responding to treatment can be due to GERD.
One should not cough in hand or handkerchief or in fist.
People who are coughing should avoid going in crowded places.
Cough more than 15 days should be investigated.
No vitamin or herbal drugs reduces incidence of cold.
Saline nasal wash is good for common cold.
In absence of any infection,antibiotics are not required to treat cold.
Vit. E does not help in prevention of common cold.
Acute onset of cough with breathlessness, giddiness or sweating and chest pain
can be life threatening and need urgent attention

Hello, The best way of increasing the concentration as well as releasing the mental stress/ tension is through exercises (sp. yoga and meditation) which increases your blood circulation, boosts up oxygen in each and every tissue of the body. Stress can make mental health problems worse. So, the another way by which you can help your body deal with stress by avoiding certain foods and eating a balanced diet. Things to avoid: Avoid or limit caffeine and "power drinks." Coffee, tea, some soda pop, and chocolate have caffeine. Caffeine causes you to feel "wound up," which can make stressful situations seem more intense. If you drink a lot of caffeine, reduce how much you drink gradually. If you stop drinking caffeine suddenly, you may have headaches and find it hard to focus. Power drinks, such as Red Bull, also have ingredients that keep you on edge. Don't skip meals or eat on the run. Skipping meals can make stress-related symptoms such as headaches or stomach tension worse. Use mealtimes to relax, enjoy the flavor of your food, and reflect on your day. Don't eat to relieve stress. This can lead to overeating and guilt. If you tend to do this, replace eating with other actions that relieve stress, such as taking a walk, playing with a pet, or taking a bath. Don't turn to alcohol if you feel stressed. Alcohol can make you feel worse and may change how well your medicines work. Try not to drink or drink only on special occasions. At these times limit yourself to 2 drinks if you're a man and 1 drink if you're a woman. Eat a balanced diet A balanced diet includes: Breads, cereals, pasta, and rice. Choose whole-grain breads, cold and cooked cereals and grains, pasta (without creamy sauces), hard rolls, or low-fat or fat-free crackers. Watch out for grain-based foods that have added fats and sugars, such as pastries, granola, snack crackers, and chips. These may cause weight gain or raise your cholesterol levels. Fruits and vegetables. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. They have little if any fat and lots of nutrients. Eat at least 2 cups of fruit and 2½ cups of vegetables every day. Meat and meat alternatives. Meat is a good source of protein. Choose fish and lean poultry instead of red meat and fried meats. Beans, tofu, and nuts are also good protein sources. Milk and milk products. Choose low-fat or fat-free products. If you have problems digesting milk, try eating cheese or yogurt instead, since these foods are low in lactose. Fats and oils. Limit fats and oils, including those you use in cooking. Choose oils that are liquid at room temperature (unsaturated fats), such as canola oil and olive oil. Avoid trans fats, which are found in margarines, crackers, cookies, and snack foods. Save sweets and high-fat snacks for special occasions. Nuts and seeds. Eating walnuts, almonds will no doubt increase your memory power! Also, includes seeds like sesame seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, etc. which are good sources of protein, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E. Water. Drink water when you are thirsty. For most people that means about 8 to 10 glasses of liquid a day. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Bacopa Monierri Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Take them for 20 days. Revert me back.
