Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

Hello sir / Madam, For the past two months my tongue has sore like shape. Centre part is like normal colour and rest two sides are in white colour. If I eat spicy or hot foods it’s paining a lot. What to do?

Hello. This could be due to a variety of reasons. To begin with and most common are vitamin deficiencies. There are many other causes but difficult to comment without examining the patient. You can begin by taking not very spicy food and ensuring a good nutritious diet - lots of fruits, green vegetables, plenty of water. You may consider seeing a physician and he/she may recommend a few blood tests. Please also maintain good oral hygiene.

You are having optimal height for your age. You can't increase your height with neither chicken nor calcium tabs. It is more of genetic pre-determined factor.

your LDL levels are surely a matter of concern. Kindly cut down sugar and salt in your diet. Stop taking meals, after 8 pm at night. Stop taking fast food, spicy food, maida items, bakery items, kidney beans, white channe, black gram etc in your diet. Do brisk walking for 6 hrs in a week, 30 mins daily at least. Take ayaskruti, 2 tsf in half a glass of warm water with, 1 tab of vyoshadi guggal, after meals, three times a day. Chew the tab for best resultd. Take varandi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, before meals. continue the regime for 45 days. check the lipid profile after 45 days. Make a habit of taking triphala powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm water at bed time regularly. Good luck

5. केगेल का अभ्यास करें: केगेल पैल्विक फ्लोर की मांसपेशियों को मजबूत करते हैं, जो आपके मूत्राशय, आंत और गर्भाशय का समर्थन करते हैं। सही ढंग से किया गया, तो यह सरल अभ्यास आपके वितरण को आसान बनाने में मदद कर सकता है और बाद में असंयम से जुड़ी समस्याओं को रोक सकता है। 
6. अच्छा खाएं: एक स्वस्थ, संतुलित आहार खाने का प्रयास करें। ज्यादातर डॉक्टर गर्भावस्था के दौरान कैफीन को सीमित करने की सलाह देते हैं, क्योंकि इससे आपके और बच्चे पर हानिकारक प्रभाव पड़ सकते हैं। अधिक फल और सब्जियां खाएँ। प्रोटीन समृद्ध भोजन जैसे कि मछली, दुबला मांस, अंडे, सेम, नट या दालें खाएँ। 
विशेष रूप से मछली आपके बच्चे के लिए अद्भुत काम कर सकती हैं। मछली प्रोटीन, विटामिन डी, खनिज और ओमेगा -3 फैटी एसिड से भरा है, जो आपके बच्चे के तंत्रिका तंत्र के विकास के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
7. शराब न पीएँ: जब आप तेजी से शराब पीते हैं, तो यह आपके रक्त प्रवाह और नाल के माध्यम से आपके बच्चे तक पहुंचता है। पहले तीन महीनों के दौरान, शराब पीने से गर्भपात हो सकता है, जबकि तीसरे तिमाही में यह आपके बच्चे के मस्तिष्क के विकास को प्रभावित कर सकता है।
8. धूम्रपान न करें: गर्भावस्था के दौरान धूम्रपान आपके और आपके बच्चे के लिए गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं पैदा कर सकता है। धूम्रपान समय से पहले जन्म, जन्म के वक़्त शिशु के वजन मे कमी, मरे हुए बच्चे, अचानक शिशु मृत्यु सिंड्रोम (एसआईडीएस) या "खाट पर मौत" का कारण बन सकता है। धूम्रपान करने से गर्भपात, एक्टोपिक गर्भावस्था और अपरा संबंधी अवखण्डन जैसी गर्भावस्था जटिलताओं की संभावना भी बढ़ती है।
9 अपने वजन पर खास ध्यान दें: पर्याप्त वजन न प्राप्त करने से बच्चे को कम वजन वाले जन्म का जोखिम हो सकता है, जो विकास की समस्याओं का एक प्रमुख कारण है। इसके अलावा, अतिरिक्त भार भी आप दोनों के लिए समस्याएं पैदा कर सकता है।
