Sir I m 35 male suffering from diabetes my fasting sugar 110 & posting 200 currently I m taking voglibose 0. 3 mg before lunch & glycomate 3/850 before dinner. Please suggest some medicine for normal sugar.

Main reason is not being able to digest & assimilate food properly. If you are not putting on weight may be you are not taking proper food. For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee . 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.6) Massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) Reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

Yes this is due to lsck of certain vitamin and minerals in the hardbwater. Like calcium magnesium which is present in soft water. Which helps dig estion.

In a glass of hot water add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and I tablespoon of honey. Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of freshly crushed black pepper powder and mix well. Drink this every day in the morning to see effective results.

HOT summers are here.We all like to sip chilled drinks especially aerated ones. BE careful my dear patients and friends.
This can lead to erosion which can lead to sensitivity
How to avoid this as we all need loads of fluids in summers. .
Always try and rinse with water after an aerated drink. . If you cannot rinse , swish and drink some water.

Dear Lybrate user, your kid's teeth need immediate attention. The more you delay because of your fear, the more damage it'll cause. Your explanation seems to point towards baby bottle decay syndrome. Due to the habit of kids sleeping with sweetened milk bottles in their mouth for long hours and improper dental hygiene, there's extensive tooth decay. Your dentist has advised you right. Get the dental treatment done. Decayed, unpleasant looking milk teeth are bad for your kid's confidence as well. The decay is sure to affect developing permanent teeth also. I'd suggest you to not delay it any further.

Management: Here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: Keep your bedroom cool and dark Put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime Stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends Stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals Skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: Take Schwabe's Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos./ once daily at night for 1month.

Hi, Use *Arnica Hair 'N' Scalp Shampoo (Wheezal) Dilute required amount of shampoo in water and massage gently into wet hair and scalp and rinse thoroughly. Hi ! try following simple precautions like less spicy food, avoid tea/coffee, have dinner at least 2 hours before sleeping, lots of water and physical activity. If not relieved then you can consult for some medicine.

Hello lybrate user, 1. See whether you have severe dandruff? if yes do antidandruff treatment your hair fall will stop. If the scalp is itching you actually have dandruff problem. 2. Start with biotin supplement capsules one every night for 30 days, it helps to reduce hair fall 3. Apply medicated oil (nilibhringyadi taila, vatajatadi taila etc. According to your scalp type) trice in a week to the hair, avoid use of chemicals to your hair like gel, colouring, straightening 4. Do not have oily, spicy, salty food, alcohol, nonveg (meat), carbonated drinks as they increase hairfall 5. Do not often be active sexually with your partner or masturbarate as it increases hairfall (androgenic alopecea- type of hairfall common in males) 6. Stress can be a reason, do not get angry or anxious too much. 7. Prefer veg diet and fruit juices. 8. Avoid direct sunlight as it increase hairfall. 9. Washing hair properly is very important as use soft towel to dry them, do not harshly treat your hair 10. Do not have bath over hair with high salty level water (water from borewell, hand pumps) 11. See whether your dad or uncle or brother have same hairfall problem as it can be hereditary 12. If you sweat alot it will cause dandruff in hairs so wash them properly with ayurvedic medicated shampoo. 13. If you have chronic acidity, it will require treatment as it increases hairfall rate. Everyone has a growth of hair but when rate of hairfall is double the grow rate then the hair fall is visible. So it is more important to stop the hairfall first then you can concentrate on hair growth. Having the correct food and supplements assure that you have a proper hair growth. 14. The medicines best of hairfall depends upon them cause of your problem and there is no straight forward medicines in ayurveda like allopathy any normal medicine may also be useful if the exact cause is known. Ayurvedic treatment is very effective for above problem.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Itching and appearance of small eruptions and later leave blackish spots all over the place of appearance. Please let me know the line of treatment. Secondly I have also been told about the inability to treat small white spots besides the above all over either by alopathy or ayurveda or homeopathy

Homoeopathic treatment whitening cream (biovalley) apply in circular fashion in morning and at night whitening soap (biovalley) wash face with this face wash before applying whitening cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outside and again reapply after 3-4 hrs after washing with whitening soap papaya pack (bakson) daily apply on face directly in evening when you think you r not going outside now and wash face after it is dry.
