Hi, I have acidity and red boils is seen on regular basis in mouth. What should i do?
These red boils may be due to oily food which may lead to acid reflux. This reflux may cause the acid vapours to irritate your throat and mouth. To overcome this be relaxed, eat healthy food in time regularly.

Use proper brushing techniques with a fluridated toothpaste. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs and also get scalling done once in a year.

You can exercise for healthier gums as well. Gently bite down so as to make sure that your teeth make a clinking sound when they meet. Repeat this 30 to 40 times continously. This exercise will stimulate the flow of blood and will keep your gums healthy.

Dentist,
Hi narender. This is not a very alarming situation. Some people have higher numb of bacteria in mouth as comparwd to others. Bt you can always have your dental appointment prior to them. Visit a kearby dntist have a proper oral prophylaxis. Use gud mouthwash use tongue scrapper afrer brushing. Keep your mouth clean and if possible get a culture done for the white layer forming on your tongue. U might have undergo an antibiotic course for it bt may be. Visit a dental clinic for proper examination and advice. Regards.
