Hello sir, your normal weight according to your height is 60-68. Take high protein diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take egg, sprouts, lean meat, tofu, soy milk, whole pulses, paneer, cold coffee, mango shake, banana shake, chhiku shake. Take milk and milk products. Don't skip your meals. Do stretching exercise alternate days.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. Hi Take rest. Do hot Fomentation twice daily. Start gentle back care exercises. Avoid forward bending. Avoid lifting weights. Avoid prolonged standing and sitting. Postural care while sitting, standing,watching TV, working on desktop etc. Use Lumbo sacral belt while driving, walking or standing to support your back. Visit nearby physiotherapy center to get relieved from pain and to learn proper back care exercises. Take care.

Challenge your body and set a realistic goal to ensure you lose healthily. Be stress free and have homemade meals. Avoid junk and alcohol completely. exercise for an hour is very important.

Scabies is a disease caused by a mite and is transmitted from one person to another by close contact. If it is not getting cured over such a long period then the chances are you are not treating it properly. For the treatment to be successful all your close contacts (family members or roommates living together) should be treated simultaneously and all the clothes, linen, towels etc (clothes that have been worn/ used) should be washed.

Good morning everyone my name is Dr. Pratik Bhoite and today we are going to discuss Joint disorders and its remedies by Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the science of life it is a non side effective treatment which is there from ancient times. Ayurveda is known to cure chronic diseases and joint problems from the past many decades. Now what exactly is joint disorders any problem happening to your joint in which there is pain stiffness swelling is called joint disorders. The most common form of joint disorders is arthritis. Arthritis today affects more than fifteen percent of the Indian population. it is a serious problem basically a problem which was occurring in the age of 60s today is knocking those when you are at the age of 30s. So it is a great concern for everyone. How does Ayurveda help in the joint problems.

Joint disorders have been or to immune in nature. Rheumatoid arthritis, alkalizing spondylitis, gout these diseases have grabbed people of today. So in Ayurveda basically the ayurvedic formulations along with panchakarma therapy has been found very effective in the joint diseases. Ayurveda is known to give a specific disease wise a dietary regime which when followed by the patient is really helpful and is found to be effective. Ayurveda has do's and don't which when followed in the right manner helps the patient to reduce the symptoms. Joint disorders basically include the main symptom pain. Patient are really worried regarding the pain when they are walking or when it is paining continuously and if their pain subsides they find joint disorders to be cured but actually the joint disorders is not cured.

So Ayurveda believes in removing the disease from the root cause. Hence it is very important to get rid of the diseases causing elements and eliminate the cause which is causing the disease. Thus by having prepared formulations and following a dietary regime along with a specific exercise really helps in joint disorders. Now let us move on to panchakarma today the pancha karma treatment is known to all now what exactly is this panchakarma treatment.

Panchakarma treatment is nothing but a natural way in which the diseases causing elements are removed out of the body. For joint disorders basti that is medicated anima is found to be the most effective treatment of all. Thus when these Ayurvedic formulations are taken it reduces that increased vata dosha in the body which causes decrease in the vitiation of pitta and cough and ultimately the defective asti and mojada to which are the integral part of the joint are cured thus, in the long run, the joint remains healthy. So you can imagine at the age of 60 someone saying hey I am consuming Ayurvedic medicines and am healthy. It reduces the degeneration which is happening in the body and keeps you healthy thus the Ayurvedic medicine is found to be very effective in joint disorders even though the treatment takes time but having a longer duration treatment helps you to make sure that the healing of the body and the diseases causing elements are removed from the body.

The corns have to be scrapped or excised depending how deep and large it is, by an expert. However to prevent recurrence, you always must use soft, pressure distributing insole in foot wear. Never use hard insoled foot wear or walk barefoot.

Lybrate-user if you are getting fat day to day it may be because wrong selection of food. Eating less won't help you. Eating right food at right time in right quantity will help in losing body fat. Yes, the stretch marks could be the result of body fat & skin loosening. Lemon juice in luke warm water will help in loosing fat avoid honey. To lose body fat, use this simple tips: avoid fried, packed, processed, fried food. Avoid food with high fat content. Take 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables daily. Eat freshly prepared, less calorie home made food. Avoid alcohol. Exercise (walk/jog/swim/yog) for 30-40 mins daily. Sleep for 6-7 hours daily. Learn meditation.
