apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

1. Almond Oil Almond oil is a great natural ingredient that is very beneficial for the delicate skin around your eyes. Regular usage of almond oil will help fade your under eye circles. In addition to almond oil, you can use vitamin E oil to eliminate dark circles under the eyes. 1. Before going to bed, apply a little almond oil over the dark circles and gently massage it into the skin. 2. Leave it on overnight. 3. The next morning, wash it off with cold water. 4. Follow this remedy daily until the dark circles disappear. 2. Cucumber Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. • Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. • Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week. 3. Raw Potato There are natural bleaching agents present in potato that can help lighten dark circles and get rid of puffiness around the eyes. Get Rid of Dark Circles Using this Potato Home Remedy • Grate one or two raw potatoes to extract the juice. Soak a cotton ball in the juice and place it over your closed eyes. Make sure the juice covers the dark circles under your eyes as well as the eyelids. Allow the juice to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks. • Instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles.

Dear patient, a proper measure for knowing and managing your diabetes will be to ensure a hba1c below 6.5%. Regarding diet, we indians have high carbohydrate diet. You have to closely observe your plate and you can come up with a better diet plan for yourself or your mother. To simplify it, identify the items which are carb rich in your plate and try to compensate the same with protein and fibres, for eg cut down a roti and increase sabji, dal or salad. To have a better control you can do a monthly self glucose monitoring 3 times a day and keep a track of the food with it. Check fasting sugar, sugar one hour prior to lunch and 2 hrs post lunch, and note down the details of her breakfast and lunch items. Modify as per my earlier suggestions and within a week you will see your blood sugar level responding. Best of luck.

If you have Decathlon Sports shop in your city please visit and check. Even otherwise, he can do various yoga asanas and stretches at home. No equipment is needed. There are a plenty of freehand exercise and abdominal exercises which can be done. Thanks.

Hello! the 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.

I am a 21 y/o girl currently entering my final year of Engineering. Due to family problems, I have, for the past 7 years, battled with:(1) Constant thoughts of worthlessness and deep hatred towards myself; constantly blaming myself when anything goes wrong (2) Constant worrying about the future as I can not seem to find my purpose in terms of a career (3) Inability to concentrate at tasks and poor recalling ability (4) My mind getting covered by a thick "blackness" that makes me feel nauseous and make me unable to remember or understand during times of extreme stress (like exams, leading to poor grades) (5) Difficulty in articulating my thoughts (6) Loss of interest in reading and dancing, which I used to enjoy earlier and inability to maintain interest in any hobbies (7) excessive eating when feeling sad or numb (8) Feelings of intense sadness; randomly crying due to hopelessness followed by complete numbness. I was a very bright student in school but now i'm struggling to finish Engineering with decent grades. I have already gone thorough episodes in the past where situations made the above symptoms so severe that I almost attempted suicide thrice but somehow pulled myself back. My parents have always told me to become stronger and that this will pass, but I have been able to "snap out of it" despite my best efforts. I would like to know: what exactly is wrong with me? And what are the exact steps I should follow for treatment if any? Please guide me.
