Since you r diabetic you can eat guava, citrus fruits guava, papaya, jamun. Take sprouted chana or moong. On alternate days. Take karela juice, cucumber juice, rotis with green vegetables will help a lot. Cinnamon powder mixed with honey to be taken with honey in the morning in the empty stomach. Consult after 10 days.

Hi , avoid spicy, citrus foods and beverages in condition of acidity. Your digestion is not normal, take ajwain water daily in morning and evening it will help in acidity. Vulvodynia refers to a condition in which you have chronic pain near your vaginal opening. This area is known as the vulva. Vulvodynia is an extremely painful condition which also causes a lot of irritation and burning in the vulva. There is no known cause of vulvodynia and it has been said that vulvodynia can go on for months or even years. It is such a painful condition that having sex or even sitting down for extended periods will be troublesome for you. 

Here is everything you need to know about Vulvodynia.

Symptoms 

There is only one symptom of vulvodynia and that is when there is pain in your genital area. However, the type of pain you experience may be characterized by burning, stinging or itching among other sensations.

Causes

The cause of vulvodynia is not yet known. However, there are certain factors which increase the risk of contracting vulvodynia. Here are the factors.

  1. Injury or irritation to the nerves around the vulva.
  2. Vaginal infections
  3. Allergies
  4. Sensitive skin
  5. Changes in hormone levels

Treatment

Vulvodynia itself cannot be cured, only the symptoms of vulvodynia can be relieved. Relieving symptoms is not a very quick process either as it takes weeks and sometimes even months for the symptoms to
improve. Some of the treatments which can be used to treat vulvodynia include.

  1. Medicines: Certain medicines relieve the symptoms which vulvodynia causes. These medicines include steroids and anticonvulsants so that your pain will be reduced. Antihistamines are known to reduce itching. 
  2. Surgery: When vulvodynia is localized to a particular area, surgery can be used to remove the skin and tissue of the area which has been affected by vulvodynia.
  3. Anesthetics: Local anesthetics can be given so that your pain is reduced for a short while. A good time to apply local anesthetics would be 30 minutes before having sexual intercourse. This is because most local anesthetics used to treat vulvodynia come in the form of ointments. If your partner comes in contact with this ointment, then he will also be feeling numb.
  4. Pelvic floor therapy: Many times, vulvodynia is caused by the tension in the muscles of the pelvic floor. Exercises to relieve those muscles often ease the pain caused by vulvodynia. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Gynaecologist.

Daaruharidra Ke Fayde Aur Nukasaan - दारुहरिद्रा के फायदे और नुकसान

दारुहरिद्रा सदाबहार झाड़ियों के रूप में लगभग 2 या 3 मीटर ऊंची होती है. इसके पत्ते 4.9 सेमी लंबे और 1.8 सेमी चौड़े होते हैं. भारत और नेपाल में इसको सबसे अधिक उगाया जाता है. लेकिन इसके पौधे हिमालय, भूटान, श्री लंका और नेपाल के पहाड़ी इलाकों में भी पाए जाते हैं. दारुहरिद्रा को भारतीय बारबेरी, ट्री हल्दी आदि के नामों से भी जाना जाता है. इसे ताज़ा फल के रूप में खाया भी जाता है. दारुहरिद्रा में एंटिफंगल, जीवाणुरोधी, सूजन को कम करने वाले, एंटीऑक्सिडेंट और हेपेटोप्रोटेक्टिव जैसे गुण पाए जाते हैं. इसका उपयोग बुखार, अल्सर, सूजन, संक्रमण, त्वचा की समस्याएं, आंखों की बीमारियों, घावों, दस्त के उपचार में किया जाता है. यह हृदय की विफलता, मलेरिया, लिवर रोग और पीलिया जैसे स्वास्थ्य की समस्याओं को दूर करने में हमारी मदद करता है. आइए अब दारुहरिद्रा के फायदे और नुकसान को विस्तार से समझें.

1. सूजन को करे कम
दारुहरिद्रा में एंटी-ग्रेन्युलोमा और एंटी-इन्फ्लैमेटरी के गुण मौजूद होते हैं. इनका काम सूजन को रोकना है.इसके आलावा इससे बने पेस्ट का उपयोग करके रहूमटॉइड आर्थराइटिस में दर्द और सूजन को दूर किया जा सकता है.
2. दस्त के उपचार में
इसमें हेपेटो-प्रोटेक्टिव, कार्डियोवास्कुलर, एंटीकैंसर और एंटीमिक्रोबियल गुणों के साथ-साथ एंटीस्पास्मोडिक, एंटीडिअरायल और एंटीमैरलियल जैसी गतिविधियों का भी पता चला है. इसलिए दस्त के समय इसका उपयोग किया जाता है. इसके लिए दारुहरिद्रा को पीसकर शहद के साथ मिश्रित करके इस्तेमाल करें.
3. शुगर के उपचार में
दारुहरिद्रा में एचबीए1सी को कम करने की क्षमता पाई जाती है जो कि रक्त ग्लूकोज के स्तर को नियंत्रित कर सकता है. इसके अतिरिक्त इसमें ग्लूकोज को नियंत्रित करके कार्बोहाइड्रेट का उपापचय भी करता है. जिससे शुगर के मरीजों को फायदा होता है.
4. कैंसर के उपचार में
बेरबेरीन और करक्यूमिन के संयोजन में दारुहरिद्रा का सेवन करने से एमसीएफ -7, ए 5 9 4, जर्कट, हेप-जी 2 और के 562 कोशिकाओं में एंटीकैंसर प्रभाव देखा जाता है. इसलिए इसका संयोजन कैंसर के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है.
5. बवासीर के उपचार में
दारुहरिद्रा को मक्खन के साथ 33 से 100 सेंटीग्राम की खुराक के साथ देने से रक्तस्त्राव थमता है. बवासीर के उपचार में इसे एक पतले घोल के रूप में भी बाह्य रूप से भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. इसके अलावा दारुहरिद्रा की जड़ की छाल में मौजूद बेरबेरिन में एंटिफंगल, जीवाणुरोधी, एंटीऑक्सिडेंट और एंटीवायरल गुण पाया जाता है.
6. बुखार में फायदेमंद
यह मलेरिया बुखार में, विशेष रूप से शरीर के तापमान में वृद्धि से राहत पाने में उपयोगी है. इसकी छाल और जड़ की छाल को एक काढ़े के रूप में दिया जाता है. काढ़े को 25 से 75 ग्राम की खुराक में दो बार या एक दिन में तीन बार देना चाहिए.
7. आँखों के लिए
मक्खन और फिटकिरी या अफीम या चूने के रस के साथ दारुहरिद्रा को मिलाकर आंखों और अन्य नेत्र रोगों के उपचार में पलकों पर बाह्य रूप से इसे लगाया जाता है. दूध के साथ मिक्स करने पर यह नेत्रश्लेष्मलाशोथ या कंजंक्टिवाइटिस (आँख आना) में लोशन के रूप में प्रभावी रूप से इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है.
8. पीरियड्स के दौरान
पीरियड्स के दौरान महिलाओं की परेशानियों को दूर करने के लिए भी इसका इस्तेमाल किया जात है. ये मासिक धर्म के दौरान अत्यधिक रक्तचाप को कम करने में मदद कर सकती है. इसलिए मासिक धर्म के समय दर्द और ऐंठन से राहत के लिए 13 से 25 ग्राम की खुराक में इस्तेमाल करें.
9. त्वचा के लिए
त्वचा रोगों से निजात पाने के लिए आमतौर पर इसकी 13 से 25 ग्राम की खुराक दी जाती है. इसकी छाल का काढ़ा और जड़ की छाल मुहांसे, अल्सर और घावों के लिए एक शुद्धिकारक के रूप में इस्तेमाल की जाती है. 

दारुहरिद्रा के नुकसान

  • यह रक्त में शर्करा के स्तर को कम कर सकता है, इसलिए मधुमेह वाले लोग इसका उपयोग चिकित्सक के परामर्श के बाद ही करें.
  • एक सीमित मात्रा में इसका उपयोग बच्चों में और स्तनपान के दौरान किया जा सकता है.
  • गर्भावस्था के दौरान उपयोग करने के लिए चिकित्सा सलाह लें.

Do exercise like yoga and others. Eat more than before. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Eat extra fish, egg, milk, meat to gain weight. Use extra healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take sleep for 7-8 hours. These are basic but for more quick and guaranteed result consult me privately on lybrate.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Take deworming tablets every six month.  Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

Dear, the height of body depends of many factors, but the main factors are: 1. Family history 2. Diet 3. Age 4. Sex 5. Lifestyle these are methods by which you can gain height. 1. You have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Breast feed your baby. It causes good involution of uterus and calorie loss. Exercise after 6 months complete after cs. Some belts are there you might try not of much value though.

5 Reasons Your Period Is Lighter Than Usual


Getting your period isn't exactly the most desirable biological process of life. But a lighter than normal period, can throw you off and make you start worrying about all the possible things that can be wrong with you. Even though every girl has her individual menstrual cycle, an average cycle should have a duration anywhere between three to seven days.

But when you don't expel the average amount of fluid (30 to 80 ml) and your cycle lasts only two days, it's a general indication of a problem. If your period lasts for two days you should consult a gynaecologist and buy preventive health check-up online. There are actually a few common reasons your period is light.

Here are five discussed below:

1. Hormone Imbalance 
Estrogen and progesterone are the hormone duo that are largely the reason for orchestration of the menstrual cycle. The dip and rise in these two hormones can make your cycle a rollercoaster ride. When your hormones are unstable, your menstrual gets altered.

For instance, estrogen is in charge of the uterus lining. So, if your hormone levels are lower your uterus lining may not thicken enough for you to have a normal full period cycle. Also, having a high level of testosterone can also lead to a scanty period.

2. Birth control 
When people are on hormonal birth control, a side effect you might suffer from is a lighter period or even goes away. This is actually a commonly discussed "perk" of long-acting reversible contraception option, like the IUD or implant. The reason for this is often attributed to endometrial atrophy, which is when your uterine lining gets thinner gradually.

3. Stress 
Stress is a major risk factor to many reproductive health issues. If you are stressed, your body releases two hormones, cortisol and adrenal. Both these chemicals upset the stability of other hormones, even the ones responsible for the reproductive system.

Cortisol impacts the production of both estrogen and progesterone your body produces. So, if you are stressed and your body is flooded with cortisol, you might experience light period, late or no period.

4. Underweight 
Your body requires needs a specific amount of fat to be able to menstruate normally. This makes total sense in an evolutionary viewpoint, since your body should be the focus on its own health first. A low body weight can cause your menstrual cycle to diminish or even pause for some time. Light periods are also a result of an extreme weight loss, or eating disorders.

5. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome 
Another common reason why your period might be scanty is PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome for the endocrine system that causes hormone to get imbalanced. If you have this syndrome, you may be prone to small cysts forming on your ovaries which can cause the instability of hormones leading to excess hair, obesity, acne, and scanty periods. In addition to scanty periods you might even experience other symptoms, which you have to ask your doctor for ovarian cysts.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.
