Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Glaucoma is a group of diseases that can lead to damage to the eye's optic nerve and result in blindness. Open-angle glaucoma, the commonest form of glaucoma, has no symptoms at first. However, over the years it can steal your sight. With early treatment, you can usually protect your eyes against serious vision loss and blindness. Most people over the age of 40 should have an annual eye check, which includes measurement of eye pressure and assessment of the optic nerve, this is more important if you have a family history of glaucoma.

I want to reduce weight but whenever I see chocolates I am not able to control myself, Can you please suggest some other way of controlling my tongue and help me get rid of extra fat.

You can replace milk chocolate with dark chocolate. Take fresh fruits whenever you feel like eating. Take high fiber foods to reduce extra weigh.

Can you give me a suggestion how to lose it and become thin.
Change your food habit and do regular exercise.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,soft drinks as these turns into belly fat.Avoid fast foods,junk foods processed foods.Eat small amount of food.Take lots of fiber rich vegetables,whole fruits.Eat unrefined foods.Take more protein to lose weight.Add healthy fat in small amount.Use lukewarm water after meals.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning and do regular exercise like swimming skipping push ups,sit ups,plank,yoga,squats.These will help you.

If the weight gain has increased drastically without making any evident change in food and other physical activities. I recommended you to get your thyroid levels checked. Still for basic weight loss to be achieved maintains a balanced diet of not more than 1500 calories per day. 1. Refined sugars in coffee and tea should be completely stopped, shift to multigrain chapatti instead of only wheat based and have more complex crabs in your snacks time like roasted grain and salads. 2.2serving of fruits should be included but keep the serving size maximum to 1 at one time. 3. Include 1-2 portions of proteins in form of tofu, paneer, sprouts and oat meals daily in the evening time to manage the intake of carbohydrates after 7: 30 pm. 4. Maintain a good balanced of carbohydrates, fats and protein to the ratio and include a cardio session of 45 mins daily for at least 5 days a week to maintain a good health overall.

Hi, Whey protein is usually considered as free from any side effects but if any body has allergy from milk and milk products then he can develop any harmful effect after using weight gainer or whey protein. You can also take Enduramass weight gainer.

Hello According to your height as you mentioned here 155cm, your normal weight should be 58kg. but now 61kg. So you have to start workout according to your nature of work along with scheduled diet plan.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

You need to take high protein diet. Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. I'm going to gym and trying out body building for good fitness and body shape. But I hit gym by 7 AM and feeling very weak during workout. Gym trainer is suggesting whey protein supplement. A diabetic patient can have: Early morning: fresh coconut water / lemon water Breakfast: Egg / porridge / sprouts / stuffed chapatti + curd Besan cheela / jowar / bajra A glass of milk Mid morning: fruit (no salt) Lunch: salad (no salt) 2 multi grain chapatti, dal, seasonal vegetable Evening: tea / coffee / green tea 5 - 7 almonds / roasted chana Pre dinner: fruit (no salt) Dinner: salad (no salt) 2 multi grain chapatti Seasonal vegetable Curd Bed time: milk + haldi Food to have: Single toned milk its products - 500 ml / day Multigrain atta - (7 kg wheat atta + 2 kg black chana atta + 1 kg wheat bran) Prefer mustard oil as a medium for cooking around 3 - 4tsp / day Have 2 - 3 servings of fruits at least in a day Restrict salt intake to about 3 grams / day Food to avoid: Deep fried foods Junk foods Full cream milk, cream, butter, ghee Processed cheese, khoa Sugar, sugar free, jam, honey, gur Sweets, mithai, puddings, cakes, pastries, chocolates, ice cream etc Cold drinks, rasna, roohafza, tang, sherbet etc Bournvita, horlicks, boost etc Cornflakes, tomato ketchup - Maida and its products including bread Biscuits, chips, kurkure, namkeen, bhujia, rusk etc Packaged food products e. Dear weight is related with height. You have not mentioned you height. If your height is 5 2" then 57kg. Is okay if your height is above 5 7" then you are under weight and if your height is less than 5 feet then you are over weight. Hope your question is well defined. Take care.

Hello, you need a balanced diet. Do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include egg fish and chicken in your diet. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight.
