Hi I'm 18 year old guy and my problem is I have White Stretch Marks on my body (biceps, back, shoulders). Early I was in the Gym for Strength Training. I did my workout without Warm-Up so I got Red Stretch Marks on my body. And nowadays, I do gym daily with warm-up but now I have White Stretch Marks. Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. Hi you can make slim body but slowly consistently. First stop taking all fried foods, junk, cream based foods. No butter, ghee, dalda, no oily too much parotha, puri foods. Very less rice. Go for high fibre based diet, whole grains, multi grains flour, take plain roti, phulka, vegetables low in potatoes, more gourd s like bitter, bottle, snake gourd etc. Do not consume nuts group, coconut, banana, mango. Sleep only at night 7 hrs. Most importantly you be dynamic, more working not sitting one place but outdoor at pollution free zone. Proper balance meals as well rigorous exercises can help you only faster way.

Hello You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Its appreciable you doing yoga aasans, just watch your eating pattern and timings you l be able to reduce. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Avoid eating rice at night. Thank you

Dear lybrate-user, nice to see such an young boy trying to get help for mom. Diabetes and depression can co occur. Both need treatment. Most of the time your diabetes doctor can manage the depression also by counselling and if necessary with antidepressant tablets. Only when your mom is suicidal or not responding to usual dose and treatment, he/she will refer to psychiatrist. Please request her to discuss with the doctor freely about her depression. Alternately you can go in during her consultation and tell the doctor about her depression.

Anil its natural that if you work hard then feel tired...but by diet you can feel energetic..Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea,coffee,junk food,spicy food,fermented food.. walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.... drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

How to reduce belly fat 1. Don’t Eat Sugar and Avoid Sugar-Sweetened Beverages When you eat a lot of refined sugar, the liver gets flooded with fructose, and is forced to turn it all into fat. Liquid sugar is even worse in this regard. Liquid calories don’t get registered by the brain in the same way as solid calories, so when you drink sugar-sweetened beverages, you end up eating more total calories. This includes sugar-sweetened beverages, fruit juices, various sports drinks, as well as coffees and teas with sugar added to them. This doesnot applies to whole fruit, which are extremely healthy and have plenty of fiber that mitigates the negative effects of fructose. 2. Eating more Proteins is the Best Long-Term Strategy to Reduce Belly Fat-----It has been shown to reduce cravings by 60%, boost metabolism by 80-100 calories per day and help you eat up to 441 fewer calories per day. Studies have proved that the amount and quality of protein consumed was inversely related to fat in the belly. That is, people who ate more and better protein had much less belly fat. This study also showed that refined carbs and vegetable oils were linked to increased amounts of belly fat, but fruits and vegetables linked to reduced amounts. So, make an effort to increase your intake of unprocessed eggs, fish, seafood, meats, poultry and dairy products. These are the best protein sources in the diet. If you are vegetarian, then a quality protein supplement (Organic Protein powders) is a healthy and convenient way to boost your total intake. Consider cooking your foods in coconut oil (about 2 tablesp of coconut oil per day reduces belly fat slightly). 3. Say no to Carbohydrates as much as you can Cut on carbohydrates, decreases Appetite and they lose weight. Below given list is roughly arranged from lowest to highest carbohydrate per serving, but most are non-starchy and generally low in carbohydrates. Exact carb count depends on serving size. Remember when counting carbs in vegetables that the fiber is not counted, and can be subtracted from the total. •Sprouts, •Greens – lettuce, spinach, etc. •Hearty Greens - mustard greens, kale, etc. •Herbs - parsley, basil, rosemary, etc. •Bamboo Shoots •Radishes •Mushrooms •Cabbage •Avocado •Asparagus •Cucumbers (or pickles without added sugars) •Green Beans and Wax Beans •Fennel •Cauliflower •Broccoli •Peppers---Green Bell Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers •Green onions •Snow Peas/Snap Peas/Pea Pods •Tomatoes •Eggplant •Turnips •Pumpkin •Celery Root (Celeriac) •Carrots If you need to lose weight fast, then consider dropping your carbs down to 50 grams per day. This will put your body into ketosis, killing your appetite and making your body start burning primarily fats for fuel. 4. Eat Foods Rich in Fiber… Especially Viscous Fiber Not all fibres but only viscous fibres help reducing weight. These are fibers that bind water and form a thick gel that sit in the gut. This gel can dramatically slow the movement of food through your stomach and small bowel, and slow down the digestion and absorption of nutrients. The end result is a prolonged feeling of fullness and reduced appetite. Eating 10 grams of soluble fiber per day was linked to a 3.7% reduction in the amount of fat in the abdominal cavity, but it had no effect on the amount of fat under the skin and it implies that soluble fiber may be particularly effective at reducing the harmful belly fat. The best way to get more fiber is to eat a lot of plant foods like vegetables and fruit. Legumes are also a good source, as well as some cereals like oats. 5. Aerobic Exercise is Very Effective at Reducing Belly Fat Aerobic exercise (like walking, running, swimming, etc) has been shown to cause major reductions in belly fat. Exercise also leads to reduced inflammation, blood sugar levels and all the other metabolic abnormalities that are associated with central obesity 6. Track Your Foods and Figure Out Exactly What and How Much You Are Eating--It doesn’t mean you need to weigh and measure everything for the rest of your life, but doing it every now and then for a few days in a row can help you realize where you need to make changes. If you want to boost your protein intake to 25-30% of calories, as recommended above, just eating more protein rich foods won’t cut it. You need to actually measure and fine tune in order to reach that goal.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

There is no genuine tablet to reduce weight since its not scientifically feasible. Your weight can only be reduced by proper diet + daily dose of exercise. To remove cholesterol, you can eat more almonds, dals, beans, Cod liver oil, flaxseeds, apples, brinjal, ladyfinger. To reduce weight you can follow these steps. >> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. If any medical issue is there visit a doctor.

Hi since you travel a lot it is but obvious that you will have to take food from restaurants/hotels which may not be the healthiest option. But here are a few things which you can try and which will work very well too provided you follow them sincerely. 1. Warm water - have one liter of warm water daily. Not at one shot but spread over the entire day. 2. Asafoetida/hing - pinch of it, added to a glass of buttermilk. Take it after lunch everyday. 3. And of course, completely avoid deep fried food, junk food, fatty food and white sugar. These remedies will help to reduce the overall fat content in your body. But if you want to lose inches around your waist, the only solution you have is to work out.

First of all you need to work on losing weight. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Exercise as per what is advised for your condition. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss. Include, apart from supplements, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet.
