When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. ub some warm olive, coconut or mustard oil on the affected area. Using gentle yet firm strokes, massage your legs for about 10 minutes. Do this 2 or 3 times daily as needed. mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with enough warm sesame oil to make a paste. Apply it on the affected area and rub gently. Wait 30 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water. Do this twice daily as needed. Also, drink a glass of hot turmeric milk once or twice daily. Another option is to take turmeric as a dietary supplement.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

You most probably are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped centers in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

1. Get Lumber spine MRI DONE. 2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 3. Learn spinal exercises. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Use lumber spine belt. 7. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 8. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 9. Change your mattress if it is old. 10. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Provide some rest to the shoulder. If it has started today or a day before, apply ice and provide rest for few days. If it is chronic, please do hot water fomentation and restrain from workout and visit a physiotherapist nearby to get the physiotherapy treatment done. Most likely, it will be because of some soft tissue injury and will settle after physiotherapy treatment.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

That' s not good to hear, but you can do following things: 1) to turn in bed every 2 hours and not allow pressure to stay at one particular point for a long time 2) use of air mattress at home 3) high protein diet 4) there is a dressing which comes from smith & nephew which is very useful for this. Hello sir. Myself Bikash. My uncle has met an accident and he has injured his head and one of his leg is broken into two pieces. Due to minor blood clot Dr. has advised to keep him in observation. And kept the leg operation on hold. Is he doing right?

Dear you can do Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. I am suffering from backache from oct/2016. Consulted with an orthopedic super specialist and suggested the following tests: X-ray, urine culture, ESR, CRP (Q), URIC ACID, ASO (Q). Out of which uric acid- 7.01 and ASO (Q) is 476.31. Kindly suggest me what to do? What may be the impact of these ratings. Hello! don't be panic consult physiotherapist .and do regularly back strengthen exercises to minimise pain and gain strength in low back muscle .don't addict to medication like pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs .use ice pack over the pain region for 10 min for more clarification consult physio.
