Thanks for the query As per your query it seems you are suffering from Periodontitis (pyorrhea) and keeping your age in mind it might be Aggressive Periodontitis. Reason are many but most common reason is accumulation of plaque and calculus on the teeth surfaces due to improper brushing technique. Cost of the surgery Ranges From RS. 30,000 to 35,000.

Right now I’ve done filling in my left upper 2nd & 3rd last teeth and doctor said to me it’s needed to do ‘root canal’ so, my question is how many days/months we can hold and after do it this treatment? Because doctor said to me it’s really needed.

Thanks for the query As you mentioned you got fillings done recently and if you are comfortable and fine and don't have any painkiller than no need for RCT. But if you still have pain or discomfort than better go for RCT. Sometime after filling teeth might not trouble for longer period. So my advice to you is if it pains than go for RCT.

Everyone wants bright white teeth, but be careful of some over-the-counter whitening systems. Speak to your dentist before trying one of these products.

When you don't floss, you're at risk for developing gingivitis, and cavities between your teeth. Without flossing, you aren't able to remove dental plaque buildup. It's recommended to floss at least once a day!

Done root canal 1 month back but occasion for a pain and pressure feel no symptom like infection or disclosure of tooth.
Good morning lybrate-user Thanks for the query As you said you underwent RCT but you are still having pain and pressure feel. There can be many reasons but most common reason for symptoms like this is 1.Necessary Canal (Extra Canal) 2. Residual infection 3. Minor Fracture in the tooth. Visit your Dentist go for the x ray and act accordingly. Sometime Necessary canal and Minor fractures are not visible on x ray ,you in ght need to go for CBCT of that tooth. Regards.

Soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices should be consumed in a limited quantity because they are acidic in nature. Acidic food or drinks often soften the tooth material which leads to the dissolution of minerals into the tooth enamel, resulting in cavities (holes).
