Function of shampoo is to clean the scalp. Roots of hair are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood. It is very important to eat food which is rich in minerals, proteins and iron. This helps to nourish the scalp. There are many reasons for hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid, diabetes are few of the reasons. It is important to understand the cause and then treat it. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week.

Dandruff is excessive shedding of skin. It depends on weather change, water change, stress levels etc. There are different types of scaly disorder like psoriasis, pityriasis amentecia, seborrhoic oleosa. It is important to diagnose that and then treat it. Oil is important as it conditions the scalp. Use jaborandi hair oil 3/week and wash it daily with mild scalp cleanser. Consult trichologist.

There are various reasons for hair fall. Few of the reasons are nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid problem, diabetes etc. It is important to understand the cause and then treat it. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent sources of protein. Green leafy vegetables support iron. Drinking 3 lit of water will support minerals. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for treatment.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr, after that it is natural physiological process. Genetic inheritance is one of the important cause behind it. Stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid problem increases it. It is important to check the extent of greying and then deal with it. Proteins are needed for production of melanin. Food like sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent source of proteins. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week consult trichologist for treatment.

Hair needs mineral, protein and iron. Healthy hair is reflection of healthy body. Eat well, drink enough amount of water to nourish the hair. There are various reasons for hair fall. I can understand in hostel it is difficult to manage good food but still make sure you eat healthy dry foods which are ready to eat. Nuts, soya are readily available. Drink 3 lit of water/day. It is male hormone androgen which is responsible for thinning of hair on fronto vertex area, growth of beard.
