For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 200 (4 drops in little water) 4 times in a day for 2 days and revert. Gargling with lukewarm water twice in a day will also give you relief.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Chandarakala ras vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Abhayarishta 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Diabetic neuropathy may cause such pain, burning sensation and numbness in lower limbs. Mild massage with some ayurveda oil like Pinda Thailam or ordinary Thil oil in the evenings (sesame oil) may be helpful. If the sugar level come to normal gradually the symptoms also will come down. So continue diabetic treatments through consultation with your doctor.

Hi lybrate user 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits sleep upto 10-10.30 pm. 3) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 2 tsf of shatavari kalp with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast b) take 60 ml of audumbaravleha along with 15 ml of honey and 2-2 tablet of vasantkusumakar rasa and madhumalini vasant rasa at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of fennel seeds along with 10 gm jiggery after meals d) eat 5-7 seeds of almonds during meals do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Avoid foods and beverages that are high in calories, sugar, salt, and fat.

Apple cider vinegar in water is the best way to start your day. This bitter drink helps to stimulate the stomach's digestive juices, to help with food digestion. Try taking two teaspoons in water 10 minutes before breakfast.

Healthy eating will help you maintain a proper weight for your height, which is important because being overweight can lead to a number of illnesses. Try some raw vegetables, such as celery, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, or zucchini with a dip made from low-fat yogurt.

Exercise: you want to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, if not every day. Aerobic exercises (walking, swimming, jogging, bicycling, dancing) are good for women's health in general and especially for your heart

Manage stress: no matter what stage of her life - daughter, mother, grandmother - a woman often wears many hats and deals with a lot of pressure and stress. Take a few minutes every day just to relax and get your perspective back again. It doesn't take long, and mental health is important to your physical well-being.' you also can manage stress with exercise, relaxation techniques, or meditation.

Avoid risky habits: stay away from cigarettes and people who smoke. Don't use drugs. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Most women's health studies show that women can safely consume one drink a day

L experienced that in cold season l suffer cough, cold and light fewer. After two 2-3 day it's increased. Blood will come out morning first spitting only its not cure normal medicine. Using high antibiotic it will cure its starting 7-8 year back. First it's appear yearly once. But now it's repeated 2-3 time in a year while this condition l felt nervous. Examine with ct scan.
