I got engaged 3 months ago. Arranged marriage. We talked for 4 months before the engagement. Few days after engagement my past relationship came up and things changed a bit. Now we don't talk like we used to do before engagement. Things get awkward sometimes. We both are trying to get past that rough patch but it affects me. I constantly miss how much we used to talk. I get irritated easily, lost 3 kg wt within 20 days and don't feel like eating, lost interest in my hobbies and few daily activities, have no motivation in the morning to get up and start my day, face trouble sleeping, feels like i'm emotionally dependent on him, thinks a lot that I am not good enough and nothing will be normal ever again.
