I workout daily in gym but my muscles are not growing properly please name me any protein or diet that I can buildup size of muscles.

If you want to build muscle you must consume more calories. Increase your food intake. Eat more proteins like egg, lean chicken, fish like tuna and other fishes, cottage cheese, soy products etc. Use whey protein after workout. Take healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, nuts like peanuts, almond, walnut, flax seed, sun flower seed etc. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat sweet potato with potato, brown rice, brown bread, whole wheat, whole grain, peas, drink plenty of water.

Get done once urine for pregnancy test. If it's negative then take tab gynaset 5mg 1-1-1 for three days. With in eight days after leaving tab you get periods then after getting periods you need treatment.

Hello- Masturbation is a natural sexual activity that most people do at some point in their lives. Some people masturbate more than others. There is no “normal” frequency, but if a person masturbates so much that it affects daily life, that is a cause for concern. If you are facing backache, continuous vaginal discharge/irritation, burning urination, abdominal cramps and loss of appetite, you must reduce your frequency to once in a week.

Don’t skip meals

Balanced, regularly scheduled meals promote regular bowel function.

Eat high-fiber foods

Eat fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains at every meal.

Drink plenty of fluids

Drink at least eight glasses of liquid daily in the form of water, juice, milk, tea or soup.

Increase your physical activity

Try to get 30 minutes or more of exercise, such as walking, biking or swimming, on most days of the week.

Answer the urge

When you feel the urge to go, don’t delay. Holding a bowel movement can foster constipation.

Be flexible about ‘normal regularity’

Don’t worry if you’re not a once-a-day person. Some people have bowel movements several times daily, while others might have them only three times a week.

Don’t rely on stimulant laxatives

Products such as Dulcolax and senna (sonamukhi), which work by irritating the walls of your intestines. Habitual use can make constipation worse. Don’t use laxatives regularly without consulting your doctor.

Dear lybrate-user, alcohol is not the only solution for anxiety and to face winter. There are more options for anxiety - may be a relaxation exercise or yoga or cognitive behaviour therapy or anxiolytic drug for a short time. Think of each alternative with its advantages and disadvantages. Better you write them down. The same exercise for warming up in winter. Many options and each one's advantages and disadvantages. After this exercise, if you decide to stop using alcohol, if you can not practice it, please consult online.
