Hi, lybrate-user can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Yes definitely you have a more weight according to your height also. It should be reduced upto 78 kg. By conscious eating you can lose it. Eat less chapati 1 per meal. Never eat upto satisfaction. Drink plenty of water.

Usually 45 days you feel discharge but bleeding occur f third week is usually you don't feel heavier.

Hi, take whey protein 1 spoon after workout. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include 2 egg, 2 figs, almonds, sprout, peanut butter in breakfast. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Dear Lybrate User, *The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. *You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Work out or play a sport and burn calories for atleast 45-60 minutes everyday, diet is the main focus after workout. -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule.

Chronic fever, mild fever, heat in the soles and palms, excess sweating (haad bukhar in local language), epistaxis (blood from nose), anaemia, jaundice, hyperacidity, bleeding piles, white and bloody discharge from vagina, urinary infection, any thing else'pittaj, excess thirst can all be settled with a single herbal medicine named giloy satva (also called guduchi satva). It's made of precipitate of tinospora cordifolia) herb.

Adding giloy satva with prawal pishti, sitopaladi powder, chanderkala rasa etc and giving with different vehicles (e. G. Honey, gulkand, milk, water etc) have different kind of effects and are selected on the basis of condition and current symptoms.

Usual dose is 1/2 gm to 1 gm.

Very safe. No side effects.

Reduction of weight depends on fat percentage of yours. First you need to figure out what's your fat mass. You can also workout to increase your muscles mass. For that:- start with any active or passive exercise. Include high fiberous n high protein meal in your diet do check your fat muscles & water level.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Start any exercise with 3 to 4 minutes increase timing slowly. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Too much hair on a female's body is called hirsuitism and it is mainly due to hormonal imbalance in the body. Polycystic ovarian syndrom which leads to hormonal imbalance is quite common in females. I would advise you to follow a strict healthy diet and exercise daily for 40-45 minutes. Also, on a safer side please get your thyroid checked.

Hibiscus leaves or flowers well, this is the best ayurvedic home remedy for hair loss. Hibiscus flowers and leaves can be very helpful in preventing hair loss and to promote hair growth. Hibiscus flowers are used as an effective cure for split ends and dandruff as well. Heat 12-15 hibiscus flowers in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Strain the solution and collect the oil. Apply this concoction to the scalp and hairs, leave overnight and wash in the morning. To use the hibiscus leaves, grind them into fine paste and apply the paste to the scalp and hairs.
